Em Oi Boutique Hotel

Asked for early check-in but didn't get any response. When I arrived at 5:45, you charged me a full day, not mentioning that 15 min later it will be half price ☹️Rented scooter, no morrors

Easily some of the best value accommodation we had in Vietnam. Aside from one tour group that came through, it felt like we might have been the only people staying in the hotel. As such we had exclusive use of the outdoor pool on the 5th floor which was lovely. The room was clean, bright and airy. The bed was huge! We paid for an early check in.

It's a little bit away from the centre and we didn't find many good options for dinner/drinks very close to the hotel. But it was very easy to taxi a short taxi 5 mins to find more options.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent bedroom conditions and cleaning.

Laundry service could be better (some clothes were not fully dry) and hotel floor carpet was very dirty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The views were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were beautifully modern and comfortable. Sophia and Han were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They spoke good English and effortlessly arranged a transfer for us to Da Lat. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

The room was nice and clean, I also enjoyed the pool area. Location was a bit outside of the center but in a quiet street.

The floors in the hallways are dirty, which doesn’t make a good impression. The breakfast was so-so.

Simple and clean with close access to the beach

Breakfast a little limited lots of salad but less choice in other areas partner has wheat and dairy intolerance so difficult to find balance although staff did find jasmine tea when asked

Rooms are bright, super clean and nicely furnished. Pool is just awesome, it’s not on the roof so there’s a shady time and sunny time. You pick your favorite one.

Nice hotel in a good location near the beach and surrounding restaurants. Room was comfy and clean and pool was great for an afternoon dip. The staffs English wasn’t the best but they made a really good effort and helped us to organise a trip which was much appreciated.

There wasn’t much atmosphere in the hotel but not necessarily a bad thing, was just really quiet. The breakfast was also a bit strange, the first couple of mornings there was lots of variety but final morning, there was barely anything there and staff made little effort to replace anything like the milk.

Everything was exactly the same as at the pictures. Clean fresh room with panoramic view of the sea, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff

Great hotel in a quiet area. Room was comfy, staff kind and polite, nice pool area.

Everything was great, only thing missing for me was a gym.

Not much soundproofing, could hear the people in the room next door scratching around at night. Noisy aircon.

Don’t question it just book!! Everything was amazing, staff were very friendly.. even was given a gift from the owner when we were checking out! We arrived at the hotel and a man ran out to the taxi and immediately helped us bring in our bags into the hotel. Everything was very new and clean, exactly what we were looking for, probably the nicest hotel we have visited since travelling Asia. Pool was lovely with a great view. We loved the location, close to everything. Highly recommended ?

Everything was very well thought out. Attention to details. We booked for 1 night and liked it so much - we booked another night and stayed for the whole weekend. The bathtub is absolutely amazing. You can soak inside and watch the soccer team play :)

The bed and pillows were comfy, and the room modern and clean. Air conditioning was good. The walk to the beach was not too bad. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bar on the 5th floor seems abandoned, but maybe this is to do with the season not being high season, but there was no atmosphere here, and the sun is gone at the pool by 12:30 every day due tot he shadow of the building itself. Outside of the rooms, there was no air conditioning turned on in the hotel, so the corridors and especially the entrance lobby/reception were very hot and humid which was a bit unusual for Vietnam and uncomfortable at times. This surely isn't ideal for the staff to be working in either. Finally, the booking says that the hotel provides 149,000 VND to be used int he hotel, but on arrival, the manager explained that this is actually credit to buy soup and noodles for one person in some café close by. We didn't bother with this, as we were two people, and thought it could be a small credit to use in the hotel bar/shop, but it wasn't - This is quite pointless, and the credit would be much more useful if it was to be used within the hotel to buy drinks etc (which is how it was described).

Good room, great view, pool was lovely and the bed was comfy.

No water filter to refill bottles. Only very small water provided. No price list for mini bar/snacks and water in room. Some of the food at breakfast that should of been warm e.g. bacon and sausages were cold and there was no fruit left when we went down at 8:45 despite breakfast not ending till 10:30.

Fantastic room, big and clean with a view of the sea. Very helpful staff, good breakfast (though perhaps a bit expensive), nice facilities.

Bit of a walk to restaurants but not too bad!

The Panorama room was spacious and bright, with large windows and amazing views of the city and the sea. The bathroom was also very spacious. The hotel was located in a nice, residential neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach and the market, with plenty of coffee shops around. Checking in and out was a breeze, and all hotel staff including room service were efficient and nice.

The hotel was modern, clean. We had a good view and the pool is also quite nice. The staff was accomodating.

The location of this property really worked for me as it was quiet, yet close to everything I wanted to experience. The staff were so attentive and very welcoming. The rooms really surprised me and I had such a wonderful time here ❤️ thank you for having me.
