Florida Hotel

Nice hotel but not 5 star as advertised. The bed was comfy and nice pillows. Breakfast was too heavy on the Chinese taste and not enough Western fare.

Incredible value for the quality of hotel that you are getting - super comfortable room, lovely views of the city, great bathroom, and room service was excellent.

The buffet breakfast was great! The room was comfy and super clean.

Location not farm from beach and car parking not far.

Note to Booking Admins: I was charged additional person fee outside of booking. Property is cutting booking out of their share. Property does NOT have King Size beds they have 2 Queens stuck together. They're cheating.This is NOT comfortable, on your back, I take king size beds because i move around a lot due to a bad back I already have. On arrival I explained to the front desk manager that they have an issue with their inventory on booking.com. I was choosing 2 Rooms / 5 Adults + 1 Baby on booking app. (its saying not available too many people). You can however book 1 Room / 2 Adults one baby. You cannot book 1 Room / 3 Adults (they charge you for the extra person at the counter). What's more frustrating is that conveying this to the front desk manager was like talking to a wall. Even after showing her a demonstration on the app, standing at the counter on check in. She gave me

Breakfast was cold(even hot food) and little flies around. Shower - it was impossible to keep bathroom dry due to position of shower head and shower door.

The really good service from the staff in that hotel specially the women working behind the desk..she was superfriendly talked english very well and when we left she came to see goodbye to my wife and i and i told her we defenlity come back next year

Nothing everything was fine

Great building. Staff were very responsive. There is a Highlands coffee inside the hotel which was nice. Central location. Nice rooftop pool and spa.

Very noisy. Gym was not air conditioned.

Clean and cheap

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service is supbar. It is okay, if you want a cheap stay with nice rooms. All bars had been closed all the time we have been there.

Good location, max 10 minutes walk to beach and boulevard. Super friendly english speaking staff, spacious room and bathroom, clean. Every day cleaning and complementary water. By far the best hotel we had ( had 6 before). Nice quit and very compfy bed and good working aircon. And......they serve hot coffee at breakfast.. ? ! Very nice infinity rooftop pool. We would stay again!

Just be aware you have to turn on the shower approx for 10 minutes before having hot water.

Location was very good. A 10 minute walk from the train station and not far to walk to the beach. Staff were very helpful in booking a bus for us on leaving. Hotel was clean and comfortable

Not a lot not to like but fitness room could be better if I had to pick a fault.

A beautiful hotel, very luxurious. The rooftop bar and pool was incredible, the view was amazing. It was great value and good location. Staff were kind and helpful and the amenities were great, as were housekeeping/laundry etc.

The only annoying thing was the tv/remote, and the breakfast could have been a little fresher.

Unfortunately the staff had little to no English so communicating didn't go well. I didn't even think to use Google translate to try and neither did they. I contacted the hotel at least 5 days beforehand asking if there were any tours they could recommend me to see the city or around the area. I was told to go it when I arrive but I only had 1 full day to use and it was wasted. And on the day I did arrive for the tours they wants cash but then told me the ATMs were not working on Sundays. The other really disappointing thing that happened was my first room I was given was not very clean and after several hours noticed ants kept appearing on my bed. I then found a load of them in the bathroom and the floors. I told reception and they moved me another room. Which was fine.

It’s so clean and comfortable, the breakfast is so good for my family. The staff is supportive and friendly.

The best thing is the pool. It is not very large, but it was clean and quiet and we had a beautiful view since it was on the top floor. The rooms were nice with a good tv and AC. Big wardrobe Staff were helpful. Overall good value for money.There is a nice cafeteria next to it.

The location is a bit far from the tourist attractions. Even though the seaside is not far. The issue is that the walk up to the beach was too hectic especially during the night with a lot of motorcycles go around like crazy and many rats and cocroaches. However, grab is very cheap, so it cost us in total only approximately 3-4 euro to go and come back.The breakfast is not good. Most of the food is tasteless is dry. However, considering the price it was not too bad.

The staff are all wonderful, the pool is beautiful and the rooms are nice.

They kept our ID, which was unnerving. Usually hotels just take a photocopy but they took a photocopy and kept it, it was not an easy feeling not having our ID.
