GIBSON HOTEL NHA TRANG

The rooms were clean and well-maintained overall. When I complained about the lack of hot water on my first night, the staff promptly offered me a better room (which didn't solve the water problem, though). The street is quiet at all times except for dogs that bark furiously during the night. It's ok if you live high up or wear earplugs.

The breakfast is not worth it at all - I actually wish I didn't pay for it. It looks like they have a diverse buffet but there's not much you can really eat over the course of several days there. There's only one option for eggs, for example, they just fry them and refuse to boil for a change. The gym is a joke, there's just little roof top space. The wifi signal was too weak and unstable, and the hot water only made an appearance after day 4...

The staff was excellent and did their best to make us happy. They allow us to check early after a long night trip and later check out.

The room cleaning came in the afternoon when we just came back from long day at the beach or outside and wanted to take a rest

The staff, particularly on reception were absolutely lovely and accommodated every request we had despite our transport being delayed prior to our arrival

Hot water problems.

An excellent hotel for exploring Nha Trang - good rooms, the sea is nearby, getting to the desired point will not be a problem.

Construction opposite and the noise associated with it. Plus, the prices used to be nicer, I think.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The journey was smooth, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, and I must say the pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, as attention to detail would elevate the experience. Additionally, providing full bottles of shampoo and shower gel would be appreciated, as we found only partially used ones during our stay. With these small enhancements, I believe the hotel would offer an even more exceptional experience. Thank you to the staff for their warm hospitality!

The hotel is very nice, the facilities are comfortable, the breakfast is complete and the best thing is the attention, the receptionists are always willing to help you with everything and very kind.

The cleaning service was not very good and the pool is not always clean.

Hey! Just wanted to share my experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, really close to the sea – just a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby with reasonable prices, and it's nice and quiet, away from the busy centre. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great views. I must mention the staff; they were really friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

On the downside, the breakfasts were a bit disappointing – it was the same every day, geared towards Asian guests, with very limited options. The dining area wasn't the cleanest either, and we found the cutlery often dirty. After a week, we decided to skip breakfast altogether.

We enjoyed a lot. The room was neat, the stuff was super friendly specially Leo, they were professional and helpful. For us is the best area to stay: quiet and peaceful.

The view is nice

The pool is very dirty, we didn't dare to use it at all.We didn't get the room we booked in the first place The male employee didn't keep his promise to give us the right room.. we talked to other staff and got the right room, but the room was not available for us after 5 nights, so we had to find another hotel There were ants ? in the room

The view was exceptional! Sunrise from the beach and sunset into the mountains were easily enjoyed from the balcony. Location wise was also very close to pretty much everything. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were sufficient.

Very minor details can be improved like the imprint on the bathroom tiles and some ants were visible. Not a show stopper but just small room to improve.

The employees were really nice.

The room I stayed was very hot in the afternoon, I had to wait air-conditioner for an hour to get cool.

For us is the best area to stay: quiet and peaceful. We wish that next time we can find a big one mattress instead of small two. We would love to get back here again and stay in Gibson ?

Superb

The mini bar is not cold, even after they checked and change to another one . There are no hot water in room 401 and 501. Very disappointed that we couldn't use the bath tub .
