My wife and I, we like the hospitality and friendly of the staff. Specially the two ladies that provide the massage service to my wife and I, both are very professional, courtesy and give us the best massage we ever had. We feel very relaxed and enjoy our stay. Thank You.

The trip to Nha Trang was too short.

Good service, clean rooms, good buffet breakfast.

There is no sky bar, it has been closed and removed. Dont expect to buy drinks on the roof whilst lounging around the pool.The rooftop tiling around the pool is all broken due to incorrect tiling installation. Full of broken loose tiles everywhere. It is dangerous to walk on in bare feet. Recommend footwear if wanting to use the pool.

Location was great and the staff very helpful

Looks pretty but seems unfinished . Pool has loads of loose and cracked tiles around the decking. The shower water barely drains and the whole bathroom tends to flood. Same with the sink, the faucet just overhangs the sink and washing your hands gets very messy.

I like everything about this hotel and the hotel's staffs. Hotel reception; Mrs.Thu, Hoa and Linh, was supportive, helpful and politely. They was trying their best to provide us best local restaurants, the city tours, convenience shop and also solved customers personal issues during stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the overall hotel and rooms was so clean and beautiful, room services at best. Additional, the massage was also worthy as a new service. Mrs. Mien and her staffs was so amazing that solved my back and neck pain. My body was slowly recovering after 2 years. Best experience ever ! Enjoy to the fun the fullest !

Great hotel in a convenient location. Rooms were roomy and clean and the joining rooms was perfect for our family. Kids loved the breakfast and rooftop pool. Staff were always smiling and would come back again.

We have a connecting room which is pretty handy for our kids to have their own privacy as well as us. The room are very spacious and consist of separate toilets and bathrooms. Bed are nice and comy.

The roof swimming pool is a bit dated. Walking around during the day on the roof top bare feet is not doable as it get way too hot.

The breakfast was not that good. But it was ok

They were to set up the room for honeymoon and all they did was put some towels on the bed and made it look like ducks hugging..

Was very spacious and very comfortable bed! Having 2 pillows each is always luxurious. Staff were very accommodating and was an all round very good stay.

I paid for a deluxe sea view room and unfortunately the room wasn’t with a sea view as described in the pictures. I was offered to swap rooms to one with a sea view but it was only out of the window in the bathroom, which wasn’t what I intended. And the room was also half the size so felt like a downgrade so we settled for the view we had. Also I feel like I paid a lot of money for a nice view and we were on the 7th out of 31 floors so the view could have been much nicer. The pool was not big enough for the amount of guests full of kids that couldn’t swim so we’re just splashing and making so much noise and the rooftop seemed to just be wasted space.

Lovely, comfortable stay, good food and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Only thing i could say is the pool area and broken tiles could do with addressing but it didnt impact our experiencez

It’s a 5 star hotel for a reason! Everything was so clean and perfect. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Location wasn’t the best as it wasn’t walking distance to the main area. It’s fine if you hire a motorbike to get around.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The property provides a play room, gym and rooftop pool. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our stay also included a breakfast buffet.Location is ok (not much around but can get anywhere quickly by taxi)

The water temperature in the room shifts quickly between cold and boiling hot , which was not suitable for our two little kids. Also, the water temperature gets cold 1/3 into filling the bathtub. The bathtub design (and no shower curtain) makes the bathroom flood when taking a shower. The breakfast buffet was fine, but after 3 days with not much change in the variety we opted to just eat outside a couple of times. The playroom, gym and rooftop pool are a bit outdated; especially the playroom needs some deep clean and maintenance.

Comfortable beds, nice view on the city, nice and vlean rooms, friendly staff.

The roof terace and the pool is already a little bit outdated. I would prefer richer breakfast offer - for example more types od bread or at least another type that feels more fresh.

Clean enough. Breakfast was also good enough. Location was not far away from beach. Reasonable pricing.

After taking shower, water remains on the floor in the bathroom for a day because the draining hole was higher than the floor level. Every time I went to toilet, my feet got wet. I couldn't watch Youtube from the TV. I asked the reception why it is so and the staff answered, "There is no access to Youtube". I could only see the Vietnamese channel or English channel, none of which my kids understand. In the morning at 5;50am when I was checking out, I asked the reception to call a taxi, and he seems to be not a receptionist and he showed me a screen of his smartphone, which says " I don't know." Later someone else came and introduced a Taxi, which was ok but ideally, a receptionist has to be there all the time.

The breakfast was quiet varied with both asian dishes and eggs and pastries. The staff very kindly upgraded us to a larger room and also allowed us to move in a bit earlier than the stated check in time.
