The breakfast buffet was less than desirable.

Affordable price.Hotel location is convenient for exploring

Limited food choices. Restaurant is closed at 8 pm. After that there is no a la carte or in room dining option.The room was clean but my room kettle was dirty.

Location was very central but with still a nice ocean view.

Room, especially the bed was dirty. There were stains (of blood or other bodily fluids) on the sheets. This was particularly disappointing as I instructed the stuff to make sure that the bed is clean before we arrive. The toilet occasionally smelled like urine. The stuff barely speaks english and is impolite.

The rooms were clean and quiet,there was plenty of hot water with good toiletries ect.

No fridge only wine cooler fridge i asked to change it but all the hotel is the same (reception shit fridge).Cleaners took my door key reseption could not find who took it replaced with two new ones.No jam at breakfast for toast,no onion- capsion- ham for omlet,asked the cook he got the shits,staff forgot to charge me tax for my room another good conversation time.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a nice view of the sea. The hotel was centrally located, so it was convenient for everything, including restaurants, buses, and the beach.

The quality of the food in the restaurant wasn't very good. Items like baked beans and tomatoes should have been hot but were cold. Limited vegetarian options.

I absolutely loved the the hotel and especially the hotel reception staff ?❤️ they was all very kind helpful and professional .even the Trainee staff .. all the staff went the extra mile to make sure I was happy ..

The staff always helped me because the lamp was too high.I was especially grateful to the reception male staff for helping me with a smile.The employee is wearing glasses. I forgot to ask your name. Thank you!

everything is ordered and modern

the air conditioner in our room leaked water into the room, but the front desk sent someone to fix it. This took up a little of our time

Spa facilities were good, but on the pricier side. Comfy bed

Bathroom door was a bit impractical. Pool area was small for a hotel of this size.

Reception area was dark and unwelcoming. Often there are peoplle sitting at the sofa with their bare feet on the table

The hotel has its great location in the city center and surrounded by restaurants, shops and different services.

Huge dissappointed about hotel's services.Receptionist was not properly well trained to be front desk even at supervisor level. Not a single smile and not helpful enough when asking one small request from them. The sevice which the receptionist provided was say "no" all the time to customer without any solution.

The furniture in the room and some of the cleaning things are quite bad. It's during the tourist season so the staff doesn't take good care of it.

great location, easy-check in, pleasant staff, comfortable mattress, pillows, good blackout curtains, good water pressure, hot water, decent gym. quiet guests.

bad wifi, it cut in/out daily/nightly and had slow speeds, this was my only issue during my stay. hopefully, they sort this out and this hotel will be a very good choice. i would stay again in the future.

Holes in towels, bed sheets and duvet cover. Room not cleaned well. Staff appeared unperturbed about mentions of holes in bath and bed linen. “My manager will contact you” That was four days ago

The hotel location was very much fitting to our travel routes.

Upon checked-in, the receptionists were working without soul. No face expressions, robotic reactions.Room (#2216) with unpleasant odor. Shower room clogged. The bed was not comfortable, not firm enough. Pool was very poor and lost interest to use once we saw it.We went to breakfast restaurant to check, but it was not attractive at all.I have stayed many Accor band hotels before and ibis brand used to be very vibrant, but I am sad to see all the negative aspects on this trip.
