Breakfast : lots of choices and tasty.

Its location. I didnt realised when I booked this hotel but it is located quite far end of the city (more like the beginning of the city maybe). All the good restaurants were located at the centre so we had to take a taxi to get there. Its location can be considered as convenient when getting to vin wonders or any day trip outside of the city because you are the last person to get picked up and first person to get off.I don’t know if I would say that this is what I didn’t like about the hotel but really literally I was the only non-russian staying at this hotel.

Very friendly staff

The towels, bed linens, and overall hotel were all very old. Cleaning was done badly all the time. The air conditioning was working not properly, and the hallways and elevators were always stuffy.

The location of Queen Ann Nha Trang hotel is good because across the street have a parking lot for cars if the parking at the hotel is full and the hotel pays for it Staff service is pleasant.Very good breakfast with lots of choices

Tea time need to improve, more variety desert instead have only 1 small cheap cookies

Oceanfront property

- No AC in common areas, especially elevators- Staff don't smile much- Afternoon tea consisted of literally only hot lipton tea and coffee- Room key only provides access to your room's floor and dining areas plus pool. We booked 2 rooms and on the first night of our stay, we were on separate floors then had to move rooms in the midst of our stay to be on the same floor- Room TV kept automatically turning on, even after turning it off; had to call the front desk to have someone come up and unplug the TV entirely - AC in rooom couldn't hold the temperature and kept revert back to 25 degrees Celsius- Quality of breakfast buffet was alright, fruits weren't always the freshest

Good room with very reasonable layout

Receptions could not suggest good restaurants for dinner.Room making was not in time.

The room was very comfortable and super clean

The public areas are not big enough for the 4 tour groups at a time. This includes the elevators the breakfast restaurant, and the beach club. We waited a long time for an elevator in the morning up to 10 minutes.

Enjoy when staying in this hotel so much and I can say about it all day, from the bellman to a girl cleaning the room, EVERYONE make this hotel PERFECT. We stay in 2705 and the view is top notch. I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Queen Ann Nha Trang team for making our stay so truly memorable. During my visit from, I was especially impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown by each staff member. Their attentive and thoughtful care extended not only to me but also to my mother, making us feel like honored guests and cherished friends.The service for the Queen Ocean restaurant was fabulous. Impressive afternoon tea, evening cocktail, and great taste with nice presentation from Mr Hung chef. Breakfast quality and service at morning also one of my favourite so far. Higher recommended Queen Ann Nha Trang!!

The hotel itself was great, the room quality, comfort and cleanliness was great. We loved the pool area and the view from the hotel. The location was good, too. My stay at the Queen Ann Nha Trang created a memorable experience that I am very pleased with, simply PERFECT. The immaculate room cleaning service, friendly staff, and warm receptionists contributed greatly to a comfortable stay. I chose this hotel for my important and meaningful date 31 Dec, we're served with a delicious setmenu, the atmosphere is fantastic with the firework at 00.00am for 2025 celebration.While I look forward to visiting Nha Trang again, I definetely choose this again.

Location bit far off and breakfast area crowded.Could have been better if staffs are guiding or at least instructing crowd during breakfast, many line cutting by certain tourist groups

Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Clean, good breakfast.

Very limited number of sun beds on the beach, so you are allowed to spend only 3h on the hotel beach. But there is an opportunity to rent sun beds near by just for 150.000 per day (2 sun beds and umbrella). Staff in the restaurant speak poor english, so sometimes there are misunderstanding and confusion.

Hotel is very good, staff very good/friendly. Location across the road from the beach. Dining good. Beach/water quality, very clean.

Hotel is nice and clean and the beach is just across the street. The front desk and bellboy were really helpful.

The hotel has many chairs on the beach.The rooftop restaurant inside the hotel has a beautiful view and the price is reasonable.

Beyond excellent, all beyond my expectation, good location, so spacious room, really helpful staff who always support you as needed, breakfast is a mini party where I can enjoy morning with a sea view restaurant, tasting meals with a fresh and tasty ingredient, an attracting Cappuchino make my day so perfect, Spa is a must come, staff here are so caring and good therapist. Say thank you QA team, you do a best job with a satisfying services. Recommend for those plan come NT, dont miss this hotel. Pesonally, see you in the next vacation, definetely I will introduce u with my friends

I really enjoyed the location of this property; it seemed to b near everything beach related.

There was a knocking sound which disrupted my sleep the first night. Also, the cleaning staff were talking very loudly quite early in the morning.
