An excellent hotel with a beautiful and well-maintained territory.The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.The restaurants are diverse, and the food is tasty with a good variety.There are two points that are not drawbacks, but important to be aware of:there is very little around the hotel, and in January it was quite cool and windy, and it was not possible to swim in the sea.Overall, it is a great hotel and we had a very pleasant experience.

Very well laid out resort that is exceptionally well maintained. Very well trained staff going above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Excellent food options including an exceptional "Colonial" restaurant . Surf school 15 minutes walk from the resort

The most beautiful hotel. Everywhere you look is beautiful and well thought-out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the swimming pools were great, there was lots of space, the spa treatments were amazing. We loved the veggie food options at the beach club and at breakfast. The most incredible place we’ve stayed!

I was led to believe there was an Airport Shuttle service.Upon requesting it, I was told I needed to book it 48 hours in advance and they suggested I use a taxi instead. When I arrived at the resort, I saw 3 Airport Shuttle vans sitting in their car park doing nothing.I think for the price you pay, a minimum of USD200 a night, you would expect a little better service as most guests arrive and depart via the airport.I realise it is an extremely popular resort, but I have to wonder if they have stopped putting in the extra effort and are just resting on their popularity.This was my second time staying here.I also noticed, as I did the first time, a few problems in the room like blown bulbs and loose fittings in the bathroom. A bit more attention to details would be nice, and it's a shame to let small things fall into disrepair.

Although it is a huge property, it really feels smaller then it is. It has a huge lawn and the whole property is very well maintained. The beach strip is amazing and very very long which is just perfect for a long walk. Of course, you will find plastic and garbage once you leave a hotel beach which seems normal nowadays and sad. Though, one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Vietnam so far. The private bungalow with pool is spacious and luxurious. Absolutely stunning and relaxing. The breakfast had a vast variety and was also one of the best buffets I had at a hotel in Vietnam. Of course, the staff is very attentive and kind. For my birthday, they even prepared a little cake.

As mentioned in other reviews, the restaurants are quite expensive. But at least the drinks and dishes we ordered were always delicious!

Personalised attention, general manager extremely attentive and forthcoming. Friendly management team and staff. Always present and caring but by no means intrusive. Exceptional customer care.

Amazing rooms, beautiful grounds and delicious food!

There were no negatives, the only feedback was to add some more vegetables to the kids meals!

It offers a proper rest with a path lined with palm trees and lodgings in harmony with nature.The staff at the accommodation were friendly and one person (Nhat Uyen) was in charge of handling guests' needs, making it comfortable.I was able to relax peacefully in the large swimming pool and sunbeds.The breakfast was varied and tasted above average.

I think the cocktail menu needs improvement.

- The staff (at reception, bar and restaurants) is not very professional - they need more training, it doesn‘t feel like in a 5*- The beach is not nice at all (doesn’t match the pictures)- The food is ok but not authentic - after the first night we went to have dinner outside the hotel to get really nice local food.

The grass yard was huge and beautiful. As well as the beach.

Beautiful buildings, room design and garden landscaping, excellent facilities including yoga classes every morning and lovely swimming pools. Spa was really relaxing and food was good with lots of choice. Terrific breakfast included.

Amazing design & landscape, very beautiful and tranquil. Great tennis court. There are always spots at the pool and the beach which is very convenient. The staff at the breakfast was great & very helpful.

There are few things that bothered us during our stay: 1. When we arrived, we were sold an upgrade at the check in and we felt as if we are on the market negotiating. First we were told that our room is far from the beach and offered few alternatives for which we would need to pay. When we said we would want the upgraded room they told us it’s not yet ready and we had to wait until 6PM. Our new room was one minute closer to the beach and actually smaller than the other room plus a bit ran down. 2. Safe in our room was not working, despite calling multiple times to fix it they never did3. Food in the resort is far from 5 star standards expect for the price. There are only 4 wines to choose from and none of them were good

service for babies Me, my boyfriend and my 3,5-month-old child stayed at The Anam for 4days. Everything was okay, expect the service for people who have a baby was not. First of all, there is not a friendly environment for baby trollers because there are too many stairs, which was difficult for us to carry on. Besides, most of the time, I was holding my baby on my hands, I was always waited for a while (not even for priority since I have my baby) until I had to talk that I was in hurry and having a baby.Generally, service is fine for adults not for newborns or babies.

The location was excellent in such a great area. This resort is established and laid out buitifuly.The photos on this site give you the best picture of the unit. We stayed in in the smaller units(which are still large) and then upgraded to a larger unit with a private pool. There are several large Pools open to everyone both for aduls and children. Food and resturants are also excelent with the service about the best we have experienced.This area has stunning beached, relatively unknown and is barely a hours flight from Ho chi min city with several flights a day. I have rated this experience hirer that I have ever done and in the end stayed 10 days.zIt was very hard to leave l

Quite Beech, excellent location, Helpful staff, The Management really go out of their way to make your stay feel special. Swimming pool and all facilities are exceptional. The cleaners always do an Excellent Job and the restaurants had a wide choice of options from western style food to local dishes.

Very spacious setup on a beautiful beach. Near to the airport and no traffic to and from. Food quality is very good and staff is attentive and friendly.

Maybe put the shower head some times in vinegar in order to have it function better. :-)

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful resort we felt relaxed in the impeccable grounds and the well designed spacious rooms and villas . The manager and the staff are amazing especially Thuy and Vy who were very helpful and welcoming . We chose this resort because it’s like a hidden gem that feels like authentic Vietnam . The grounds people work hard every day to create the immaculate and beautiful grounds .. Thank-you ❤️
