This was the second time coming to Nha Trang and I didnt want fo try a different hotel because my stay here at the Starcity Hotel was just wonderful. Ms.Annie and her staff are all very helpfull and friendly staff. Always smiling.They do really care and make sure that you are satisfied in every way.Ms. Yen checked me in and she was such a friendly young lady.When I checked out Ms. Annie made sure to be present and I even got a free cappuchino to say thank you for visiting The location is great. The breakfast was amazing. Even the restaurant food was great. Most beautiful room with a great view.Love the bathroom.Such a comfortable bed. Didnt want to leave. Will definitly be visiting again!!

The private beach for visitors is a very small area. Never enough chairs.

The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was amazing. The breakfast had such a huge variety of different cuisines.The pool is so nice.Behind the hotel there are many restaurants and massage places. The locations was great.Private beach for Hotel guest is very convenient with chairs and towels.The free ice-cream is delicious. I wanted to stay for an extra day but i couldnt get the same room.But the staff was very helpful. I changed my dates on booking .com and booked in again for the next day.When i checked out before 12 I thought I will have to wait till 2 o'clock to check in again but the staff immediatly assisted me with my new room which i really appreciated! I will be going back end of August to this amazing hotel again. Cant wait!!

Across from the beach, connected rooms for family and had wonderful street food on Fri and Sat right outside the lobby.

Only a bathtub in bathroom, no standing shower and the design for bathtub was absolutely wrong and inexperienced. The lips around the bathtub are 2 inches higher than the marble base installed around it, so when taking shower all the water coming out off the tub then drifting down to the bathroom’s floor. Making it so messy and slippery. You have to put all towels on the floor or around the bathtub to absorb the water coming out. Asked to change room but they said there was no connected room with ocean view with standing shower. Stuck with it.

The location was amazing, view of the beach and water. Close to the shops. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfy.

If you can't handle noise then don't stay here. The Sailing Club is directly opposite and play music until late. The shower was broken in one of our rooms so luckily we could use the other one and the shower flooded the entire bathroom. The room was not that clean and very dirty under the bed (when looking to ensure we had collected everything when leaving). There is not really anywhere to dry your wet bathers from the beach.

Great location and great room

Staff at restaurant are not professional, the manager is the only one who is professional and careful but other staff are not good enough when concentrating into foreigner adult and let children waiting to get crepes even the child coming first but they still serve the foreigner until other guest speaking up.We are not lucky when meeting too many unpolite guest this time from North VN , I know there are polite people there but we are not lucky to meet only unpolite people this time who speak loudly just like this place is there own room and let the children shouting, crying without doing anything to teach them to keep quiet and respect others guests, maybe those adults don't know what is the manner way as well

We loved our stay at StarCity Hotel Beachfront Nha Trang! The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable.

Nothing at all – everything was excellent!

Loved my stay here. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. They allowed me an early checkin. Put me on the highest top floor with an amazing view. The hotel had a pool, gym, spa, restaurant, & coffee shops. Very good value for what I paid. Will definitely come back and stay here again as long as I get the room with that view!

Awesome staff. Very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Annie. Good location and nice breakfast buffet.The only feedback is about beds. Beds are noisy and a little uncomfortable because of springs, and could have been better

Great walkable location with lovely ocean views

This is obviously a very busy hotel. Most hotel staff were lovely and helpful but unfortunately some were also quite abrupt and disinterested. To the point that we felt like we were bothering them by requesting a bucket of ice for our room and were eventually asked to go and collect it from the bar ourselves Possibly a communication issue on our behalf. Or perhaps we had just been spoilt with the great service at previous hotels. Overall we still enjoyed our stay.

Annie the FO manager was excellent. She arranged a beautiful room and managed to accommodate me for an extra night. The hotel is in a great location. The pool area is great for relaxing away from the sun. It was a great experience.

We had a great stay at StarCity Hotel! Annie and her team welcomed us with open arms and made us feel comfortable and seen the whole time. Annie goes far to meet everyone’s needs and to answer any questions we had. Always with a smile and great service. The facilities were also amazing: swimming pool had sunlight for almost the entire day, with the possibility of ordering food and drinks. The hotel also offers chairs and umbrella stands on the beach. Room was spacious and very comfortable beds. Good location, in the center and first line to the sea.We got a big room(with sea view), it was really very spacious;Breakfast was also good

If you are looking for some cozy hotel, this is not the one. From the pictures we somehow didn’t get that. There is a huge empty space feeling everywhere, corridors, breakfast area, pool place is also not nice. Maybe if you like big spaces, not many design details you could like this hotel. Other things we did not expect from 5star hotel:- sunbeds by the sea: very strange rules there, you cannot get a bed after lunch! The guy said that it is over(we came at 3pm), also not that many of sunbeds- around 20. One day the guy gave us white towels and warned not to get them dirty ?This sounded like a joke, but it wasn’t!-we had a sea view, but windows are so dirty that it is difficult to enjoy the view. Also our window was stuck and didn’t close, the worker repaired it but it got stuck again anyway. With an open window you get a big noise from the street and bars on the beach-they give you one mini shower gel 20ml for two people ? how not to instal big stacionary bottles like any other hotel?? Is it really 5 star hotel? ?-they said no fruits in the room. Other hotels ask only not to bring durians, but here its any fruit. But In Vietnam? where you eat fresh fruits all day long? Not understandable at all

Good location. You can just walk across the street from the hotel to the beach. Nice beach view from the room. Staff are nice and hotel room is clean. Would recommend this hotel.

STARCITY HOTEL & Condel BEACHFRONT NHA TRANG The location is amazing, across from Sailing Club, day and night time venue, Starcity has its own beach beds, close to markets, restaurants, and everything you need. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast buffet excellent with views up and down the coast. On arrival the reception staff said if I wait just a short while they had a higher floor available coming up,well worth the hour which was no hardship, they minded my bags and I went and enjoyed a seafood lunch. LOVE THIS PLACE

If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the pizza they had on special offer. It was obviously not made on the premises the doe was gluggy soft and the pizza was tastless.

Friendly staff, good location and delicious food. Recommended.
