We booked a room with balcony and ocean view. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us book the tour to visit the islands, highly recommended. Breakfast buffet was the highlight, many options and the food was amazing, we had the best cakes there! We liked the place so much that we extended one more night.

Nothing, we had such a good time.

Location was fine

Cleaning was not good and bathroom full of mould ??

Close to centre

Unfriendly and unhelpful staffOld facility. Toilet didnt flush properly. Shower was very old. Kitchen area did not have detergent

The receptionist upgraded my room for free.Great location, the swimming on the roof. The cleaning service. Everything was perfect

Good viewHas a washing machine

The bed is too hardplates and cutlery had a weird smell, and you can't wash them because there is no any dishwashing detergentThere is a gap under the shower doors, so water can cover the entire bathroom floor if you are not careful

They gave me free upgrade for a quite long period of time. All the workers there are super nice, always there for you when needed. Room service is good, hot water, fresh towels, everything as it should be. I’ll definitely will come again to this amazing place.

Everything is perfect.

Spacious 2 room apartment. Magnificent view. Quiet surroundings.

Rooms were a bit run down and not kept up to shape or normal hotel cleanliness standards. Breakfast was a bit of a weird assortment, but was ok.

We really loved the location of this friendly little hotel. The staff were (mainly) brilliant. They were so helpful and friendly on the front desk we adored them. We booked a one bedroom suite with separate lounge… (as per the description) but it did not have a separate lounge… but the room was very big - quiet and comfy. The pillow was extremely lumpy - more like a pillowcase of ping pong balls - but they kindly changed them and we ended up with two each! Bliss. Rather wonderfully they also gave us a very late check out for a tiny sum - which meant we could stay until 6pm - as our train was later that evening. Very amenable and friendly staff indeed. A real asset.

The room description said 1 bedroom 1 separate lounge area. It was a studio. The pool was clean … but the sun chairs were filthy and the pool bar was deserted and non existent. Facilities to drown yourself in as well as your sorrows. If you brought your own booze. It was empty. Ghost of holiday past. The kitchen in the studio was remarkably ill equipped unless you wanted to share one plate and eat off the floor. When we arrived there was someone else’s old takeaway coffee in there but we decided we didn’t want it. Not what I would call a kitchen and nowhere really to eat. The washing machine was sporadic. Noisy and took some persuading to empty and spin. No dryer so the bathroom looked like a laundry during our two day stay. All of this was largely balanced by the excellent staff - mostly… But one thing that wasn’t balanced was the horrific breakfast. The women greeting us were surly. Subsequently we were surly when we saw what was on offer. I was afraid to eat many of the offerings as it was evident that they had been brought out for breakfast more times than I’d had hot dinners. I went for the pancakes - which were nice and had a tempting selection of toppings. Except - instead of honey - it was sesame oil - instead of syrup or chocolate sauce - it was soy sauce and instead of cream - mayonnaise. All that was on offer was marmalade. I did ask if there were other topping available and they grunted in the general direction of the soy sauce so I thought better of it. We didn’t go back for a second breakfast - and were happy to have left with our lives.

Deluxe king with Balcony. Large room. Huge Balcony. Great location. Good breakfast. Reception and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was great as it's a 5 mins walk to the beach. Plenty of food options and fruit juice stand outside the property. Pool was clean but we went to the beach instead. Parking is down in the basement.

The hotel is not on the beach road but a short way down a side street. We had a room with a balcony on the 14th floor which gave us an excellent view of the sea

Our room had a bath with a hand shower which meant we had to climb in and out of the bath to shower which gets trickier as one gets older.

Staff were exceptionally good and most helpfulThe breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh. Kitchen staff were attentive Great coffee.Room staff were fantastic. The front dest attendants exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best value for our budget.Very Very happy with our stay. Thanks, Paris Hotel. You guys could train other hotelier businesses, you are that good.
