Amiana Resort Nha Trang

The resort was beautiful and very peaceful. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. What put everything over the top was the staff. Every staff member was courteous and professional. They go above and beyond.

Kept very neat and clean. Loved my indoor/outdoor bathroom. A/c worked well. Just a very nice resort. Relaxing.

Check in was just a bit hectic, a little rushed.

This was our second time returning because we loved it so much the first time. It had everything we'd hoped for: the snorkeling and the breakfast spread! The staff was attentive—from the pool attendants to the landscaping crew, housekeeping staff, and servers—everyone was polite and helpful. Amazing!

The only disappointment was our dinner with the "skewers" BBQ. We ordered cocktails, wine, and dinner. Unfortunately, our food arrived before our beverages. We expected our cocktails to be served first, followed by our dinner. Since these were prix fixe menus with 5-6 preset options, the food appeared to be pre-prepared and wasn't hot when it reached our table. Additionally, I didn't read the description of the lobster dish and had no idea it was covered in cheese. I just don't think lobster needs anything added to it.

The beach is so lovely with emerald/blue water and fishes swimming around you.

Too many (small mosquitoes) in the garden villa. My kids got bitten all over even though we used spray and she got allergy :(

The hotel was in a beautiful location and the grounds and the facilities were to a high standard and well looked after.

The hotel was huge. So, everything that happened made you feel process. Check-in was more about all the things you couldn’t do and the rules and regulations more than a warm welcome to the resort. Eating at the main restaurant was the same. It was huge and whilst the food was good you felt you were on the conveyor belt to get processed and fed. There was no real centre to the resort apart from the restaurant. No nice bar to sit at the water for a few drinks. The reception was huge but ugly. Just lots of furniture and no design. Nobody really eat there so a huge waste of space.

Amazing hotel, hospitality was on top! Very friendly personnel, delicious breakfast, amazing location. It’s 15-20 mins by car to the city centre, but taxi isn’t expensive, so we totally enjoyed that we are out of the noisy city but still close that we went there every day. We had beautiful room with sea view. Fresh fruits every day in the room, complimentary mini bar. And the best was private sandy beach with the cleanest water! Highly recommended!

Two of my group experienced bad gastro symptoms on our second day. While trying to get help from the reception staff, it took 5 phone calls and over 10minutes for them to send anyone to help (even for just additional toilet paper) as the staff could not understand and kept thinking they wanted to order breakfast at 12am. Eventually, when one of my friends was in quite a bad way, did the staff finally arrive and call a taxi so we could take them to the hospital.The next day before checking out, we wanted to speak to the manager to raise our concerns but were informed they were on holiday. When we asked for anyone who was in charge instead, we were informed there was no one. While one member of staff did what they could to help us as we were missing our next flight due to this situation, it was very disappointing, frustrating and distressing to be receiving so little help. We still had to pay our full bill along with forking out for cancelled and new flights while still not having been able to contact anyone in charge and no one from the resort reaching out to us.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are so nice very clean and most importantly the staff are so so helpful. Truly a 5 star experience ??

I guess a small thing would be the restaurant prices are quite high however the food is really good!

Long way out of town,

Breakfast is indeed luxurious, can expect more.The activities you can do fill up well your schedule. Nice play field for kids.

Cocktails at bars are not tasty. No locker for belongings at the pool.

Swimming with the fish in the private bay while snorkelling was a huge high. We were given bread to feed the fish and it was amazing . Better than going on a day trip snorkelling to one of the nearby islands . Good weekly schedule of fun activities.

The restaurant was out in the open ( not air conditioned) so at breakfast and at dinner everyone was always hot, no where to go to eat in the cool. Took a long time for buggy’s to come every time we wanted to go somewhere .

Resort is amazing and very big. So many different options during the day in terms of seating. Plenty of undercover seating unlike so many other resorts.

The menu post Breakfast needs to be reviewed. It is very limited and doesn't seem to change. Breakfast is excellent but the lunch and dinner options are not of the same quality.

Amiana Resort is just stunning! From the pools to the beaches, to the rooms to all the facilities. It's just a really special resort and you won't be disappointed! Also the private mud rooms and massage rooms are phenomenal. Best experience! Also the food is insanely good! Ive never seen so many delicious options for breakfast! No matter how tired I was, I couldn't miss a single breakfast during our stay!We had our wedding here with 65 guests and everyone was just blown away by the beauty of the resort and the friendliness of the team. The event management was superb, the attention to detail second to none. Honestly, the day couldn't have been better and its really down to the team at Amiana. They are so diligent! Many of our guests stayed at Amiana for a few days after the wedding and couldn't stop saying what a great holiday it was! Special shout out to Anh Linh who was just amazing!

As with a lot of places in Vietnam, the pool water is always quite warm so if youre looking for cold swimming water your best bet is the beach.

Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and choices.The facilities are excellent.The location is very good although you need to take Grab to the city. The shuttle service to the city is very little limited and only a small bus. Cost of Grab is low and so it is not a big issue.

No air conditioning in the reception and the main dining hall and our is very hot in nha trang.

This resort is perfect. ? The price is a bit high. But stuff is so kind, and view is perfect. Better than the picture. I like kids station, and a lot of free programs for kids and their parents . Breakfast is amazing ????

Location is little bit far from downtown. And no air conditioning in lobby and in restaurants. And prices is too high. Especially restaurant food is not good, but pricy.
