Champa Island Nha Trang - Resort Hotel & Spa

We loved the locationof the resort, on a small island away from the noisy downtown area. The resort grounds and rooms were beautifull and clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Food both at Champa Garden Restaurant and the Cafe by the pool, was the worst 9f our 4 weeks in Vietnam. The Stir Fried wild Boar meat was impossible to slice as it was extremely tough as were the Thai deep fried baby squids

Very large resort, larger than we realised! We stayed in the back part and appreciated the room upgrade. Great sized suite and bed and pillows were comfy. Cute towel animals on our bed and some fruit and a welcoming card. Ended up only using the back pool area, kids enjoyed the basketball hoops in the pool and the fuse ball table. Always able to get a sun lounger when needed. Staff were helpful and although far from the centre it's easy to catch a Grab into town.

The breakfast hot food and coffee were luke warm and would be good to have things like milk beside the cereal instead of having to ask for this each day. Fairly good selection overall. Understood from reading previous reviews we'd need to pay for pool toys and activities so that was expected. Paid for 4 of us to use the pickleball courts twice (cost more than it would in Aus). The second time we were the only ones using the courts and about halfway through 2 of us moved to play some singles and were asked to pay for another court. Seemed a bit ridiculous given no-one else was using it and for the amount we'd paid for it.

Facilities are good with suitable price. Service staff is friendly, they suggest us place to eat, all are delicious.

I think this place was built for years ago, room is rather old, so it's suitable with the offered price. Breakfast is not attractive much.

Wonderful stay at the resort . Welcome reception talking English tasty breakfast perfect location oasis in city . 5 min grab to everywhere in the city it cos 2 USD . Comfortable room and bed . All was perfect . Wake up to river view and nature was so great .

Some sun beds around pool need be replaced

They kindly allowed us an early check in and free upgrade to a family suite. The breakfasts were fantastic and the pool excellent. Lovely private beach and free shuttle bus to this (unfortunately only went twice per day but Grab is not expensive).

Bit odd that they charge to use the pool toys/ floats and Pickle ball- unusual at this sort of resort and gave it bad vibes (particularly as no one seemed to to pay to use them so they sat unused!).

Could communicate with staff via WhatsApp and they were very helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was amazing - mix of traditional Vietnamese food (soups changed every day and were delicious) and western food along with fruit.

Pool was very cold and a bit far from the city center. If you want to go there they have a shuttle that leaves a few times a day for free or you can take a grab but nothing is walkable so if you don’t swim then there’s nothing much to do at the resort.

Quiet well maintained resort in a great riverside location just outside the city centre. Breakfast buffet and staff, courtesy town coach driver , and pool staff were always smiling, kind and very helpful. The apartment was well maintained, spacious and comfy . The pool and gym area was excellent and other sports were too. Great place to get away from busy downtown Nha Trang

The reception staff were not as welcoming as others on the resort . The apartment had some basic cooking facilities provided but did not have any plates, bowls, knives or forks to eat the most simple dishes such as fruit , yoghurt, or something to make ground coffee and hot milk, wanted to eat or drink and any small food we brought with us. The cups provided were small with no handles.. We would have enjoyed trying pickleball but hire and costs were pricey for an hour during the day when nobody was using it . Reduce the price when least used to encourage more guest to play it. The football machine in the bar is due an update !

The staff is the beating heart of this hotel. They are truly all amazing, especially the manager Sarah, who moved us to a different set of rooms when noisy neighbours arrived. The kindness and gold standard customer service we received here was truly 5*. Also, the location is everything. It is a calm paradise in a busy and vibrant city.

It would have been nice if some of the outdoor games were made free but at least swimming pools and sauna were.

Excellent breakfast selection, good service, nice big swimming pool, the whole area is designed very well with beautiful gardens and many family-oriented activities. The location is only 10min by taxi to the main beach on Tran Phu street. The hotel also generously upgraded me to a condotel 2-room apartment.

The breakfast time ends at 10, I think it could open for longer.

Spacious rooms, very sweet natured and accommodating staff, great breakfast spread with ample fruit Asian and European cooked and fresh foods. The river outlook and border gardens were beautiful.

No real luxury hotel pretensions in fittings or style. Architectural kitsch style nice river view and room balcony spoiled a little by ultra hard chairs which had to double duty from dining table. Bathroom agter 10 years is beginning to show age.

A very big impersonal resort. Good pool and breakfast.

Well organized and environmentally-conscious, with helpful staff. The wellness spa was lovely - great service! Airport transfer was comfortable and easy.

Be careful with hidden costs for amenities etc and my room service order was forgotten & I had to prompt them 1.5 hours after placing my order - only to have the wrong thing delivered.

There were ants in my room and weren’t enough pillows for the bed.

Staff could be misunderstood as there is a huge language barrier .Rooms are not what I expected a bit old it needs some renovation

Central location.Very friendly and helpful staffs. Lots of activities for the whole family like shooting, swimming, private beach, massages etc. Very delicious breakfast with lots of options.

Step down bath tub. Late room service. We left for breakfast at 9am and returned at 2pm. But room service still hadn’t attended.

This property truly is the best of both worlds—a luxurious resort in close proximity to the city. Breakfast had many choices, but of course, it was more inclined towards Asian options. The room was spotless, the a/c was strong, and the staff was very helpful. Would love to go back.

the hotel didn’t train the staff well, how they can leave a new staff in 1 shift of work, the staff didn’t check or the staff of before shift didn’t give the information, came at 2am and have to wait for receiving the room cuz the staff didn’t know I paid or not but I DID pay and confirmed for them few days before that I will come at late night, just wanted to receive the room and rested, no recommend

As a single traveler they gave me a 2 bedroom. No lunch or dinner service. When asked to be taken to town for lunch they took meTo a restaurant that was part of their change. The food was not good.
