- I planned a surprise engagement for my girlfriend so I booked one of the villas with a private pool. It didn't disappoint. It wasn't cheap but I suppose you get what you pay for and that works both ways. Beautiful clean villa with enough privacy from the other buildings. The bathroom was enormous and quite luxurious with a huge bath tub as well as 2 showers. One inside and one outside. The small private pool was gorgeous and the surrounding garden beautiful. Well worth the money spent for a special occasion.
- Loved our family stay in the villa. Food and facilities all great. We didn't get the bus to the city as we had stayed there before going there so didn't need to visit. On our All Inclusive stay we could order food to our villa off a specific menu which was always delicious. Lovely selection of food at meal times, snack bars inbetween. Waterpark area opened for 2 hours in the morning and then in the afternoon, good selection of slides and a splash park. Most staff were lovely! Well kept gardens by the ground staff. We would visit again.
- First, the water park is a definite highlight – fun and perfect for families or anyone looking to cool off and enjoy some excitement. The resort is tucked away in a quiet area, which makes it a lovely escape from the hustle of everyday life. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the view from the rooms was stunning – definitely a selling point for this place.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was consistently good, and the prices for food and beverages were more than fair, especially for a resort setting. The staff at check-in and around the main facilities were welcoming, which set a nice tone at the start of the trip.
Cons -
- All the bars in the resort close quite early. Then you are left with Bermuda bar which is a nice spot on the beach but quite expensive and the cocktails weren't very impressive. I had a shisha pipe which was also expensive.
- Most bars closed at 6pm, after dinner their was only the bar up at the entertainment/waterpark area open. It would have been better having the beach/pool bar open past 6pm to enjoy nice chilled evening on the beach or by the bar instead of walking all the way to the other side of the hotel where the music was loud. Quite a few of the staff seemed grumpy, if you said hello in Vietnamese they perked up but didn't seem to enjoy being there! We went all inclusive with 8 and 11 Yr old and felt if they had more bar options on an evening it would have made our stay better. But we did love having our space at the villa and would go back!
- Unfortunately, a few operational and policy decisions impacted the overall experience. The music blaring until 11pm made it hard to relax in the evenings, especially since the rest of the resort gives off a peaceful vibe. Adding to the frustration, beverage service stops from 6pm to 7:30pm unless you're all-inclusive, which feels unnecessarily restrictive. Same goes for happy hour – it's only for all-inclusive guests, which comes off as nickel-and-diming.A few of the resort’s attractions seemed under maintained, and common areas lose lighting and fans after 5pm, making them uninviting. After 7:30pm, the only open bar is next to the kids’ area, which stays noisy until late – definitely not ideal for adults trying to unwind. Even worse, cold beer is rarely available right away – waiting up to 10 minutes while it chills in an ice bucket is not what you'd expect on vacation. There’s also an odd inconsistency with VAT charges depending on the bar, and slow food/drink service coupled with a lack of attentiveness from staff at times made for a frustrating dining experience. Finally, the pools and beach closing at 6pm feels way too early, especially when you'd expect to enjoy the water during golden hour.

shade in the poolsThe animation team was very goodthe food was good and almost all day ...3 pools and a beachnot too crowded
the AC at the gym wasn't goodthe water park hours can be a bit more
Absolutely NOTHING!!
Where’s do I start. Our room AC barely worked and we had to leave it on for a full day to cool the room down. The FOOD was crap. They reused the food from breakfast and lunch for dinner. The menu stayed pretty much the same the whole time. We found roaches on tables. The “fruit” juices came from the store. As for the quality of the food. 1 Star. It claims “all inclusive” but they charge for everything. They offer you a coconut for fake reviews. If not they charge you 3usd for one. I chose this “resort” based on reviews. Now I know that they were bribing people for fake reviews. The kids water park was only open 2 times a day for 2 hours each. Wtf?! From 9-11am and 3-5pm. Half of the water park was torn down. This resort only caters to Eastern European people. The staff mainly speaks Russian or whatever language is dominant in that region. The kids show was all in Russian. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything. People were having parties on the balcony. We decided to check out early even though that meant we would lose money for the two rooms we booked. They attempted to comp us but we declined. The food could only be tolerated for a 2day max. Best decision was to ditch that place and book a place in the city. This should be your LAST RESORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was our second stay in this hotel, after two years. The Riviera is as we left it 2 years ago, with small nice improvements. The building itself is not new and furnitures are a bit aging but it is exactly as we left everything two years ago with a comfortable room and kind service. Shower head were new (mine 2 years ago was malfunctioning), they improved the pool/beach showers and they have a brand new playground for kids. Air con works well if you can wait 5/7mn to cool down. The entire property, rooms, public areas are very clean just like the pools water. Sunbeds are good, beach is cleaned from plastic with thin white sand.Different activities for adults (water polo, beach volley, beach soccer, yoga,...) and for kids, plus the kids club.Bad comments about service or food are unfair. I'm French, gourmet and picky about food. The buffet proposed varied dishes every day and at every meal, including bbq with seafood, fish, meat every dinner. Vegetarians or diet options also available and I'd say that food quality is good and tasty, with some astonishing surprises. Only bbq meat is overcooked, probably by haccp/food safety considerations.Late afternoon collation is only a few cakes (not dry) but late morning snacks or early afternoon buffet if you missed the lunch or breakfast are life saving. In general the all inclusive is very fair and worthy, but eating at the hotel may be disappointing if you choose to order à la carte (same menu as the all inclusive option).I'd better rent a scooter or call a grab to visit the dozen of local restaurants that sit just a 10mn ride from the hotel (on Dinh Tien Hoang road), and that are probably better and cheaper than expensive and very average Nha Trang options.Overall I'd rate the hotel 4 stars "++" as they make efforts on the service and the property is well maintained. It's a really nice option for all inclusive with kids, and I believe the 8.
Nothing, but people need to be aware that the vietnam east coast can be wavy.2 years ago, in July, the Riviera beach was nicely calm waters. This year, we've had 2 days of significant waves prohibiting swimming in the sea, but the life guards made a good job at telling to people were to dip (knee high) and play in the waves.
The staff was really nice and helpful , the food was really good too and the pool was really clean also the entertainers were really nice and even tho is really focused on Russian guests I also enjoyed some of the activities so I don't think is a problem , I really recommend for a short getaway because is it very relaxing
Bungalow was big and clean. Beach is ok if don’t have to high waves.
Worst food even local food was poorly tasting and cold. Buffet is not worse it. Nearby no restaurants or shops. Too lazy staff at the restaurant and barTotally in the nowhere40 min to the CityWaterpark only several hours open
Marginal
Loud construction going on that made my room unbearable during the day..staff should have known and moved me …. Pretty much sucked
Amazing staff and comfy bed!
There were some things on the menu that we couldn't get
Good location for a relaxing break
Breakfast was not to my liking and coffee could be better

Every things nice!! I'll be there again
Please clean up the waterpark tubes. I have a skin rash where I touched tube
Choice of foods and deserts was excellent. We purchased "all inclusive" option. Air conditioning also was working well in the room, which is important in a hot climate.
This is not new property, we had some plumbing problems in there. There was only 1 choice of local beers for "all inclusive" package.
Amazing staff!!! I can't say enough about them, particularly reception. The beach is gorgeous as are the grounds. Had a lovely stay!?
Exceptionally clean, food was very good, lovely staff, comfortable sun loungers
Other rude guests, not the fault of the hotel. Entertainment was only geared to Russian speakers
The Staff were amazing courteous always available and nothing was to much trouble
Being all inclusive is all well and good food wise was a a bit disappointed in the quality of the drinks offered around the pool areas the gin was like petrol couldn’t drink it and if you wanted a tonic you had to pay for it the other drinks except beer was not acceptable at all. Give quality but restrict the amount people can have.via there room number.
Great communication all the way through to the journey. I loved the experience dealing with Reviera. The food was great too.
Not having USB charging station
Nice place to stay, but need renovation after covid.
Aqua park is really old and need to be renovated. Food is nice, but the same everyday((( it can be boring…
The room and balcony were spacious.
- The staff was unfriendly and uninterested. They never greeted me back and none of them were very helpful.- The check-in experience was horrible. I had already given my creditcard info to the hotel, but upon arrival they insisted I pay again. I had to transfer money because they wouldn't let me into my room unless I paid on the spot. There was no flexibility or understanding on their part and I'm sure they would have sent me away had it not been for my quick bank. They also charged me a few euros more than initially reserved.- The room (deluxe ocean view) is basic and there is nothing deluxe about it. The bed is big and quite soft though and there is a lot of storage space. The bathtub is impractical. The (leaking) shower head retracts and in order to use it you have to turn on the rain shower first, defeating the point of the shower head. The TV is a basic old tv, no smart tv.- The soundproofing is awful. From 20-23h there is a constant "party" outside with a Russian dj. It's extremely loud and you can hear it through the walls. I wanted to rest and sleep early but it was unbearably loud. I literally locked myself onto my balcony to escape the noise. This happens EVERY DAY and it does NOT say on their website. Because of poor soundproofing of the windows you can also hear the kids scream outside even when your balcony door is closed.- Food was bad and expensive. I ate at the hotel the first night in what looked and smelled like a school canteen and the night after I took a Grab to get food elsewhere. The fridge only had two sodas in it. If you have meals included with your reservation, you get a wristband which you are required to wear throughout your whole stay!- The beach was dirty. There was so much plastic and tourist items. I believe as a beach resort you owe nature more respect than this.- Everything so outdated and empty, to the point where I felt like an urban explorer.
