Good location, near beach

Dirty, mold,paint chipped,smelly

The hotel was filthy the beds felt like they were sleeping on cement because they were literally the hardest surface I've ever slept on in my life. The photographs they put of the hotel were nothing like reality. it is old and dilapidated and run down. There was paint and wallpaper peeling off the walls and black mold everywhere. It looked like an infection waiting to happen. Could not wait to get out of there and change to a new hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Location was great. The room was a bit tired but the bed comfortable. For the money, cannot go wrong, if you want 5 star facilities would not stay here. If you an experienced traveller and on a limited budget, this one for you.

I did not use the pool. The beach 1/2 a block away so that was preferable.

If you are looking for really good hot shower and cold fridge go here. Absolutely the best ones I have had in any hotel in the area and stayed a lot of hotels. Also really good curtains that darken the room. Bed was good and comfortable pillows.The location was really great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Balcony was big and nice view to street and ocean.

Not as good looking as in pictures but it did not really bother me. You get what you paid for.Room was really big and clean but there could be more and new furniture to make it look nicer.

Location is nice, so close to the beach and anything else like I can walk to. The staff was helpful.

The picture shows long large pool but it was tiny and unrealistic. It was more like a pound and I couldn’t even join because they drained out to fix for the whole week. The room are nice and quiet, they clean everything but didn’t refill the water and shampoo.

Just stop always make bargaining for bike rent take expensive money for the petrol or something for example petrol in the market have only 20,000 VND per litter but they ask for me 30,000 per litter is not good

Big room

Cockroach. Shower burned my hand as the water was at boiling level be very careful when opening the tap. Not the hotel’s fault but the area is very noisy I could not sleep at all

Location, right near the beach

The photos of the rooms don’t match the actual rooms at all. The rooms were so old and dirty and mouldy and the bathroom smelt horrible because of the built up scum on the glass.

Great room and hotel! Friendly staff! Very convenient location, the room was very cozy, it smelled delicious, for the price it is a very good option in the very center of the city and within walking distance of everything

Fantastic location our room had a balcony which meant we could open the doors and watch the street. The reception found our dropped wallet and kept it for us - so kind. Good value for money.

Dirty, dead condition of furniture

Great location close to the beach and spacious room with double bed. We had a good stay and the staff were polite and friendly.

The room needed a bit of maintenance, as it had mould on the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The glass on the shower was dirty.

Quite run down and eerie feeling. Door was not secure and the room was not clean.

The building is very old and needs some care and maintenance. The pool was also a bit dirty so we didn’t use it.
