Great location, pool was good, breakfast was good too

Bed was hard, staff was not very friendly. Not super clean

Dirty and smelly fridge it’s affecting the whole room,

good location, close to the beach and restaurants, big and clean room. we arrived very early in nha trang via night bus and were able to check in early at 8 am, which was very appreciated. although the seaview is mostly blocked by the building in front of it, you could see it a little bit which was nice. the cleaning service cleans very well, although they were quite early (8:45ish). the minibar has some nice snacks and drinks for a reasonable price.

the pool is unfortunately shaded by the buildings surrounding it, so we didn't use it, we also never saw other people there when we went to check it out a few times. the breakfast was okay, buffet style with a station where you can get omelettes or scrambled eggs, but if you come late, the coffee is not warm any more and most of the buffet is gone. the staff doesn't speak english very well, luckily there is google translate!

Condition of the room. Wasn't clean ? and needs maintenance. The swimming pool is not usable.And the breakfast is not what advertising on booking.com

Everything is great from staff to price to sea views from room and pool due to my room upgrade.

Wifi could be better but I think this is a Nha Trang problem. Also decided to change hotels when pool broke. Staff was very honest and told me it would not be fixed during my stay.

The room was very large and beds were comfortable with good pillows. The staff were pleasent. The free breakfast provided was ok but I think you can get good cheap breakfast at many restaurants in the area.

The room was mostly clean but the bathroom was quite dirty with a build up of mold in many places. The hotel is definately older, you can tell it needs some TLC. The pool was GROSS, covered in thick algae, not swimmable, so it was very dissapointing for us.

1st class location and staff.

Facilities need an upgrade. More options at breakfast.

This is a hotel past it’s prime. Go to LaRosa instead for something cheaper and newer. Our room smelt like smoke. Overall it didn’t really feel clean. We also didn’t get a blanket, just a sheet.

Ocean view. Clean and comfortable. Allowed to use a room early. Breakfast very good value at 50k . Down an alley so quiet. Pool was very clean.

Location is very close to the beach. Staff was welcoming and allowed us to store luggage after checkout. Pool was nice. Room was spatious and clean. Air conditioner worked well.

The building is a little bit old. No shadow in the pool area. If you open window, very noisy on the street.

The staff were helpful and upgraded my room.

Lovely hotel next to the beach and in the city center Well very well kept with all comforts you can think of, new comfy mattress, shower with glass door (Yuppii no wet bathroom), safe, AC. The hotel is very quiet as on a side road behind the Main Street. Breakfast is served and there is choice between Vietnamese and western food. It was filling. The pool is clean and big enough for a few lapsCleaning done everyday with all replaced and fresh towels. Wi-Fi worked well everywhere. And only one password or network in all floors which is a plus in VN. Ladies at reception spoke well English. Not given in VN. She helped with looking for buses.

This is a hotel I’ve stayed in a lot and I’ve always had a good experience. The location is close to places I need to go, there are multiple shops and amenities nearby and it is easy to travel to the hotel from the train station. The staff are more than helpful and friendly. The room is neat and tidy every time and comes with everything I need.

Sometimes noise in the corridor was loud, especially in the early evening.

Nothing stands out

A bit tatty and unloved, not quite clean enough for us in this kind of stay ! Paid less for much better north side of the river

It was very near the beach and a lot of stores and restaurants, spas around the hotel. The staff of front desk, Mr.SON was exceptionally helpful to us. He was so kind and informative. He arranged us the taxi from the hotel to the airport of reasonable price, no more than Grab taxi. It was a good choice to stay before the departure to airport around 11pm with cheap price.

Nothing special. The hotel is some old and needs to be renovated. But the price was so cheap. You can accept it if you choose the price.

The hotel is located in an ideal place for the activities I am doing in Nha Trang, being close to the beach and also my diving instructor’s office. Rooms are always neat and tidy, with good facilities in the hotel generally. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Noise from nearby businesses and from the beachfront could be an issue sometimes.
