The Signature Hotel Nha Trang

The staff were very attentive, breakfast was tasty, and the beach is just a short walk away.

Breakfast spread was good and the staffs were polite and capable of handling corwd.

We booked a family room and the kitchen utensils were not provided , the phones were broken , Later the utensils came seems this was used in the main kitchen not capable for cooking.

Good location! We got a free upgrade to an apartament! Considering the cost the hotel has a fair price for what it offers!

Definitely not a 5 stars hotel.. Even if it's new it has a very weird smell everywhere and the furniture already looks like a decade old.. The rattan tables are full of dust and debris under the glass and even the glass is dirty sometimes. Cleaning is done superficially it seems. Our room was not cleaned in the first two days, we had to turn on the "clean my room" sign in order to get our towels changed. The windows had gaps and wind was howling during storms..also we got water in because of that! We tried to properly close the windows and doors but we couldn't.. The gym is a joke, practically inexistent, there were only 2 threadmills that were covered and unusable! And the pool was dirty..not the water but the glass.

The staff was nice and the room was clean

The room had a bit of a smell but nothing too serious.

Location

1) My son's Garmin watch was stolen from our room 1612. We reported it to the reception. They gave us only smiles, no apologies, and promised to call us later. After a few days of waiting, we returned to the reception and emailed to hotel’s management. But again, no answer, no investigation. They didn't even apologize for their employees' behavior! Shame on you, Signature hotel! 2) They sell their double deluxe rooms for two adults and children under 17. While you might be comfortable with a small child, it's impossible with a teenager! The glass doors to the toilet and shower give you no privacy. The beds are 140 cm, which is also uncomfortable for families with older children. 3) The breakfast is not varied and they haven't fixed their waffle pan in a week.

Loved my stay here. The design is so lovely, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff provided excellent service. Great location near the beach and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again!

About 10-15 mins walk from the main area and restaurants, super close to the beach. They offer free towels at the beach which was super convenient. Quite a big breakfast selection with mostly Asian foods and amazing sushi. Room was a great size

The induction wasn’t the best to this hotel, you have to ask for anything you want rather that the hotel offering up information. On our second to last day we learned the hotel give you free two hours on sunbeds per day but no one told us this, so we paid 150k per person (there were 4 of us) for 2-3 other days at the beach. There is only a shower over the bath and there isn’t a holder to make it into the shower. Our bath was wobbly too although that wasn’t a major I contacted the property prior to our stay and we were told that a small bed could be added to the room for our three year old, however when we got there they didn’t have any available. Quite frustrating given I’d pre booked something. We were lucky the bed was large plus there was a couch with a big cushion so we could make a makeshift bed for her (she doesn’t like sleeping in our bed). Just wish there had been some better service

Amazing design and facilities. Great value for money. Incredible staff! Tran Thi Nha Trang the spa receptionist was the nicest and most beautiful person ever. The F and B manager Ms Dim Chau was so lovely and very professional - always helping and catering for guests (a lot of rude guests at that ?). And Viet running the reception with amazing English, and incredible service. HIGHLY recommend this place, we stayed two nights and extended it was so great. Awesome breakfast! Pools and gym. So good.

nice staff, good location, nice view

Loved the interior design, loved that within 5-8 minute walks were excellent and cheap Vietnamese restaurants; as well as the white sands of Nha Trang beach and beachside lounges. Breakfast was great as well and the staff were so kind and helpful. I was able to borrow a charger that for my UK plugs as well as get a bag of rice to de-humidify my cell phone.

Great aesthetic / decor, view from the pool was fantastic. The room was comfy with a nice balcony, hotel was only a short walk to the beach or city centre. Near to zero traffic.

Took a fair while to check due to only one member of staff, some of the staff at breakfast had an attitude problem.

Very beautiful hotel and brand new! Staff very helpful despite language barrier. Good breakfast selection but not much from europe. Good price for quality. Definitely recommend it.

This Hotel was lovely! The breakfast covered everything from local cuisine to western food. The staff were accommodating across our stay. Would definitely re book this hotel if I ever return to Nha Trang

The entrance is too tight for a highly rated hotel. There not enough room for car to drop off passengers. No doorman to greet customers at the door. The lobby does not give a feel of 5-star or even a 4- star hotel. At the check-ins, we do not have any feeling this is a 5-star hotel, even 4-star or hotel has much better reception.

The decor is absolutely beautiful infact the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was comfortable with a great view of the sea. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from.

The menu in the restaurant did not have a lot to choose from. I would have liked to see more traditional Vietnamese food on there. We decided not to eat there and went out instead.

Excellent hotel with a stunning view from the restaurant on the top floor and delicious breakfast. Bed linens and towels are always perfectly clean.

The view from the room was disappointing, overlooking air conditioners and a neighboring building, which made the room quite dark. Additionally, opening the windows brought extra noise from the running air conditioners, slightly affecting the comfort of the stay.

The beach is beautiful and clean. I loved being able to wake up to a gorgeous view and being taken care of like royalty by the hotel staff. The breakfast was amazing too! Will definitely stay in this hotel again if I ever visit.

This was an extraordinary stay at an extraordinary hotel. The only one in town which has greenery on the facade, which is not only beautiful but also ecologically beneficial. The beautiful architectural blend of traditional Vietnamese bamboo and clay elements perfectly sets the ambiance.But the most outstanding part was the staff - the hotel manager took such extraordinary care of us, we have never seen something like this. My wife had food poisoning, and him and his team gave us medicine and the following days were very gentile and caring, bringing fresh ginger tea without asking, and were all around amazing and kind. We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone who knows the difference between a good and a great hotel.
