Wifi was not always available. Shower drainage was an issue as well

Comfortable, good location.Standing balcony/ fire escape.Across from the beach with plenty of options for meals and transport.

The managament and staff is very friendly. They support late check out. Good location. Good value

The staff was really nice and customer service was excellent. They were very accommodating, letting us check in early and letting us extend our stay from 3 to 8 nights. The price is unbeatable anywhere else

Bedroom wall interior is old and broken down, AC and shower seems worn down. Wifi connection is very weak, we can’t get a proper connection 90% of the time. Refrigerator kinda smell and doesn’t cool down cold.

Nice staff

Room was very dirty, doesn’t look like the pictures, had dead flies everywhere in the room. We also didn’t get any new towels until 9:30PM at night!! So couldn’t shower until then. Light and fridge didn’t work.

Great Room and view. We stayed on 11th floor and had a dinky balkong with a view of the Sea.Nice, bright, modern, clean room that was quiet!! Kettle available with coffee :-)Good Customer service, storage for motorbike.Perfect location in the centre, easy walk to all the sites.Travel Hint: There was a great local cheap veggie restaurant just round the corner that we ate dinner and breakfast (open 8-22) as hotel wanted 150k each for brekki! Delicious and good customer service.We recommend.

A good, but no frills, hotel for the budget conscious traveller. Not really suited for the "spoil yourself" tourist visiting the very touristy town of Nha Trang.Located down a side alley off the main street (the alley is adjacent to Queen Anne Hotel) and very close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores etc.The hotel and it's rooms provide everything a traveller needs for overnight, or longer, stays....even a below ground parking lot for motorbikes. Although, everything does looks old, run-down and a bit dirty. (eg. Oil in the parking area, stains on walls in the room, dirty/dusty air-conditioning flaps).There are two elevators that service the levels, but only stairs to gain access to reception (where the elevators are).My room had a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (hot water was ok but lacking pressure) but also had two large holes, which looked like where vents/fan used to be (see images). Towels were quite old and of a poor quality, but good enough for a traveller.The room was of a decent size and furnished with the basics;•Double bed (very soft- mainly due to it being worn out and some may find it too soft and lacking support)....I was there for a week and not once were the bed sheets or pillow cases changed, yet housekeeping did make the bed daily.•Air-conditioner that worked well but was dirty and dusty.Flatscreen TV that had international channels (Box Movies, Box Classics, History Channel etc etc)•Small fridge that only kept things cool, and not really cold enough even on the maximum setting.•Small desk with chair....didn't use the chair as it was very wobbly and unstable.•Bedside tables with power sockets in the wall adjacent.•A small wooden table and a wardrobe....again good enough for a traveller (not a tourist).WiFi was also available with a good and constant signal.

The building is not 100% facing the ocean like I thought from the photos. There is another tall building in front of it. It might be helpful if you consider having ocean view

Comfortable beds, clean and bright room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Location was amazing in a great little lane close to everything. Breakfast included

The location near the beach was good, although incorrect on Google Maps.

The fact that when I checked in I was told that I could pay by card. When I checked out they said cash only and I had to go and find an ATM

The hotel is just in the perfect position, close to the beach but one block far away the main road. The staffs are super friendly. They supported us a lot while staying there.

The hotel is a bit old and the basement where scooter parking is in need of some cleaning

The room was clean , but very small , there was a window in the room but it was to the corridor

Location is perfect and I enjoyed the view from my window. It’s quiet at night. Very clean and you can have it cleaned everyday if you want. AC is working well. Nice beach is 2mins walking. The staff is exceptionally helpful! They let me check in early because room was already available. helped with translation. Also I left my necklace in the hotel and they sent it to me for free to a different city!I’d definitely book again if I’ll be in Nha Trang

It was very close to the beach and shops.

There was a strong smell of dampness in the room and it wasn't very clean.
