- Clean and clear good condition and great service
- Staff was very kind and helpful, room was spacious, and clean, bed comfortable ,TV had netflix and the location was convenient. I'd recommend to stay here :)
- Very nice place, super view from the huge windows (unlike a lot options for the same price) and breathtaking view from the rooftop! The stuff was very helpful, the room-cleaning every day! I did really feel like a queen, staying at the Queen’s suite ^_^
Cons -
- Nothing compares perfectly
- The doors closed at night and I didn’t realise there was a doorbell, so once couldn’t get home — but some other guests came and showed me how to get inside))
- I missed a fridge in the room

Good deal with luxurious hotel lobby. The facilities are a few years old and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable rooms. The staff at reception are nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies do their job well and quickly. Security always keeps a close eye on safety.

Good value for money and able to check in early for a small fee.
There was a cockroach in our room. The towels were dirty and had other people hair on them and when unfolded it to use a cockroach came out of it but luckily we had our own beach towels we could use. The cleanliness overall was not up to standard
