Center location. Long and nice swimming pool. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Nice view from floor 16. Staffs are nice from receptionist to security.

Don’t have iron. Swimming pool floor is dirty at corners and edges. Rooftop lounge looks boring and abandoned.

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The 360-degree rooftop pool was absolutely stunning — offering incredible panoramic views of the city, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to relax.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had an early departure one morning, and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was both delicious and very much appreciated.Overall, the combination of beautiful amenities and exceptional service made this one of the best stays of our trip. Highly recommended!

It's actually a very good hotel for the price. Very friendly staff, they were ready to help from the beginning to the end of the arrival,the cleanliness in the rooms and in general in the hotel is very good.It is worth noting the kitchen, there are many types of food, fruits and drinks for breakfast. The pool is also very nice, with a beautiful view, it's a pity I didn't have time to visit the SPA, I'm sure everything is fine there too. I will recommend it, thank you for a good hotel and good luck to all the staff.

Breakfast was good. Location was nice, only short walk to the beach. Room big and clean, staff very friendly.

No shade at the pool area, which is at the roof top so there was no escaping from the sun. Only possible to stay there in the morning before the sun, in the evening after the sun goes down. There were only a few chairs without any cushions so it was very uncomfortable. Wifi didn’t really work at the pool area or the sky bar.

Lovely hotel. I was unwell through my stay and the staff were helpful in organising taxis, extending our stay etc. Beautiful rooftop infinity pool. would definitely recommend.

Breakfast buffet food should be marked vegetarian or non vegetarian to make it easier to navigate. More western options during breakfast would be great too

This was a fabulous stay. From the minute you enter the huge lobby (it smells divine) and get a welcoming refreshing drink… our room was spotlessly clean. Bed was COMFY not hard like most beds in Vietnam. The huge double bath was such a welcome treat. Cleaners and staff so friendly. Great location with everything on the doorstep. Fast lift (and super quiet). Breakfast range was huge but very little western so only good if you like Asian… go earlier as after 9.30 they seemed to stop topping things up and were in “clear down” which was a little annoying. But over all we had a great price deal (38 euros/night incl breakfast) and a super stay. A little luxury on our backpacking trip.

The design of the hotel, the location, the staff was also pretty nice.

The swimming pool was extremely cold, it was impossible to use it. Just two quite flat pillows for two guests. Room service food was below average (but people responsible for room service were absolutely sweet!). The guy who was frying eggs during the breakfast was using his phone instead of cooking, so we felt like we were really making him work. The bar on the roof was working till 20:00.

Room was ridiculously cheap for us when looking at the great rooms and the pool that this hotel has to offer, off-season I guess.

Everything more than fine, but breakfast could have had a bite more to choose from.

Location and design of the rooms were a big plus. Incredible view from the rooftop pool. Partial sea view from the room. Comfortable beds. No bugs or mold.Kind staff.

Pool is very cold when it’s windy in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet is lacking vegetarian options and signs to actually tell what the foods are. Not helpful for dietary requirements or allergies. Breakfast room is loud and uncomfortable. No alternative milks for coffee. Rooftop bar is permanently closed - which is a big shame and we weren’t informed about it at all. Room is clean for the eye but when you walk barefoot you get back feet and you shouldn’t look under the bed….

Nice hotel, really helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and really good facilities. Made the most of the excellent pool with fantastic views and the good gym. The location is central to restaurants, the tourist strip, and the beach. Good-sized rooms with great views on upper levels.

No variety of food in breakfast for muslim travfellers. No halal food or any type of meat which is seperated from another meat types

Modern and stylish hotel with a large and really cool rooftop swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful accommodating an early check-in and considering our needs. They spoke reasonably good English. The hotel is very central with good sea view rooms on higher floors. It is located behind beach front hotels which in a way is better as the parallel street is quieter and has lots of mini mart, food stalls etc. The breakfast buffet was varied and good quality. It is close to several shopping malls and a short walk to the centre with the restaurants which buzzes with life as the sun goes down.

We had a fantastic room on the 18th floor but the bed was not king size but two singles pushed together. Hence sleep was not as comfortable as it should have been. The shower did not drain away (common in Vietnam) so the tile bathroom floor flooded.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. They were able to change room after noise complaint.

Requires cash or passport deposit during stay. Hotel accommodates big travel groups that take up hallway and chat in the middle of the night.
