No kettle no bottled water. Can't make coffee. Too basic
The location near by the beach, a lot of restaurants, shops nearby.
No warm water for showering, the faucet is too old not could not work properly as well as the shower. The mat's cover is burnt. Room too old need to renovation. Air cond working but high noise. TV is useless. Overall I can sleep but not as hotel's picture on Booking.
very good location
bathroom fittings to be replaced, rooms to be renovated, painted and cleaned more thoroughly
It has windows and a balcony. 2 minutes from the beach
The hotel was not kept clean. Hallways were dark. Simply unbearable .
The aIrconditioning remote control didn’t have any battery. The tv didn’t work.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to the beach and lots of local restaurants and cafes. Best bed I slept on in Vietnam. Of you are an easy going, not fussy person, this place is perfect for you.
Sometimes the water in the shower doesn't get very hot. Things are.a bit dated here so if you are a snowflake or a fussy persoeho expects high quality standards for budget prices, then this place is not for you.
Basic but with all you need for 1 or 2 nights stay. The bed was very comfy. I had a view to the ocean ( I had a balcony but the door didn’t open, but a big window with a nice view)
A little bit old, Inside the shower it didn’t have any shelf to put the shampoo, soap, etc .
What other places promise is here available for reasonable price. Seaview, nearby beach, quiet environment are just a few examples of what makes this place so special. Then, there are very good eateries, where you can enjoy local food, not just touristy version of it. It is jus unbelievable, that you can enjoy all the beautiful beach life for affordable price.
One of the cheapest accommodations we have had our whole trip and it was one of the most comfortable yet. The location is literally beside the beach and close to all shops and food. The main area is only about a 30 min walk with an even bigger selection. Staff were friendly and beds so comfy with a fridge and TV. Would have stayed longer if we could with such good value for money !
It could probably do while a wee deep clean or a lick of paint but other than that nothing bad to say.
Helpful staff, great location, nice view.
Can't think of anything
Really good value for money Bed was comfortable and air on worked Such a great view of the sea and the buildings Two coffee shops just around the corner
It was a little bit out of the way to the centre but not bad at all The hot water in the shower didn’t work though
This hotel is an excellent choice! It's located in a great spot, making it convenient for exploring the area. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable stay!
The room looks better in reality than in the pictures. A beautiful, cozy room close to the sea. Good location in front of the sea. Lovely staff. I really enjoyed staying there for 3 weeks and I will definitely go back there again.
location, view
room bit oldneeds painting mini fridge provided but no electrical outlet to plug inno hot water
This hotel offers competitive prices compared to others having breathtaking ocean view within walking distance to the beach and other amenities such as groceries, restaurants, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Excellent hotel for the price 4 pound a room cannot complain also staff very nice helpful and friendly very close to the beach
Single room for a good price!
The address in Booking.com is wrong!it‘s another street name or number and it’s 3 kilometers away from the wrong address! I had to search 1 hour!
The beds are clean and comfortable.
