The location is beautiful no doubt. The beach is nice.

The food is not the best. 1 restaurant is mentioned when you check in. There are 3 on the island but only the one serves dinner. There is only mention of 1 pool at check in. There are 3. The pool bar is not actually open. The discounts for the spa only apply to certain massages and at certain times. The toilet didn’t work at check in and the drains in tub, sink, and shower did not work well.

We loved the family bungalow with the 2 rooms, balcony and bath. The breakfast was the best we'd had in Vietnam and so many choices. The beach sand was soft and powdery. The staff gave us a cake and sang for my daughter as we celebrated her birthday at the resort,really sweet.

When you book ensure which room you will be given as there was a misunderstanding with ours. But it was sorted by the supervisor thank you.

Restaurant

The staffs are not kind, friendly. We were confused about the hotel’s facility without enough explanation. I needed to ask questions to staff every times happened. Sometimes, there are a few people who don’t know facilities using, rules. I will never stay this hotel another time :/Room was good. Really clean. Nature was also good.

A beautiful setting, a charming room, and super comfortable beds. Room service of excellent quality. A delicious restaurant and exceptionally friendly people.

On windy days, there isn’t much for children to do. My husband paid for the stay but did not stay himself, and they froze the money for 45–60 days. Very strict communication from the front desk.

Liked the small beach access and the whole property landscape. Lot of places to just walk around. Pretty to look at

Swimming pools were quite dirty. Rooms are old, stayed in an ocean villa. Some areas of the property are not well kept. Food is ok, not great

I liked the beach, the food, the size of the room.

When checking in on the mainland, the receptionist did not want to comply with the booking conditions until I pointed out to her that this was her direct responsibility. The staff does not speak English well and it is difficult to call a buggy to travel around the island, it is easier to walk by yourself than to wait 15-30 minutes for a car. The rooms are tired, the toilet flush was slightly broken in our room and one of the beds creaked very much.They carried drinks in the restaurant for a long time.

Staffs did not supported me to carry my luggages while I have a baby with many things belongings, he your staff just cared and supported a couple of Korean with full luggage handle. disapointed with foreigner carying instead of local visitor. this issue is the same for checking in and checking out

Beautiful views, clean, convenient, I stayed at the Villa 15 and a villa is huge and luxurious! All staffs are so incredible, helpful and made my trip more special and amazing!Private pool in the villa is great with amazing views…

Only one restaurant to eat at night, during the day, there are some more but with lots of tourists from the mainland

The resort has a wonderful spa, delicious food, and a great BBQ. The views are stunning, and it’s an excellent place to relax and spend a few days

Nothing major. If anything, the pool maintenance of the private pool could be improved slightly.

The staff team is super helpful and very fast. The breakfast is great, the beach is excellent. The restaurant manager (Mr Diem if I remember his name correctly) is very professional despite the cooking/ service team are a bit unqualified; they forgot the food and delivered it late.

The furniture is quite old at some of the room we stayed. The air conditioner does not work as expected (it is super cold even we set the temperature at 35 c :(

The hotel itself is quite lovely, with peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for our anniversary tripHowever, we chose this resort expecting it to match the quality of our previous stay at another Vinpearl island, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations this time

First, we booked a room with a sea view, but our view of the ocean was mostly blocked by trees. Even though I am tall (2 meters), I could barely see the water.However, the biggest problem was the service. It seems that some staff at this resort are really good and capable, while there is also others, who are inexperienced, making our interactions very frustrating sometimesThe staff never explained the activities properly, which left us feeling confused.For example, for the mud baths, we were sold tickets at the reception, then dropped off near the place and pointed in a general direction. No one explained how to use the baths, what was included, or where to go. The area was also crowded and disorganized, which was frustrating.We had a similar problem with our show tickets. The show itself was great, but the staff just gave us the tickets with no proper information about transportation or the theater's location. Luckily, we knew the area from a past trip, but new visitors would have a very hard time.Additionally, the boat timetable was unclear. A staff member told us about an extra boat that wasn't on the schedule, which caused more confusion.Overall, our stay did not feel like a five-star experience. The service at the main Vinpearl island resort is much better, and we recommend staying there instead.

Staffs little delayed and not keep tracking services .But , the manager was help me a lot .Hope everyone gets little more attention.

This is our third time staying at Hon Tam and we always love it. The sounds of nature, the hospitality of the staff, the nice breakfast buffet, etc.. all of them just created nice memories and a wonderful holiday for us.

Even though we love every piece of it we accept that it is time for their renovation, especially some of the facilities are quite a bit old.
