Having connecting rooms was so nice. Very quiet except the night Viêt Nam won their soccer/football game ;)Good selection for breakfast. We loved that it was near the pizza downstairs.We enjoyed the saunas and steam rooms.By far, the staff makes this place special. From the night we arrived after a flight delay, to helping us book an extra night and arranging the least expensive transportation to Tuy Hoa City, everyone went above and beyond!

It would have been nice to have a chair on the balcony, although it would probably be a safety issue for families with young children.And the elevators took a long time to come, so they were frequently packed.

A very nice 5* hotel on the ocean, beach was clean and soft sand, hotel staff very helpful.

Service at breakfast was patchy, at least for this white Caucasian, difficult to get staff attention, but no problem for my Asian wife who ate breakfast later. But manager was charming and provided service herself.

A great way to experience "Luxury" by the famous Nha Trang beach, bar none. They also have an semi-exclusive area to the beach (but still within the public beach area). The staff are well-trained and are all very nice.

Breakfast was good, but not that the best, considering the price that you pay for your stay. This is my 5th time in Nha Trang, and there are better (or a lot of) great breakfast options within the city, both Western and Eastern cuisines.

Very nice property, clean, with good beach access. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Restaurant serves a nice breakfast daily Asian or western style are both available. Nice pool and poolside bar to help pass time. Plenty to do in the area including a night market nearby

Location was good

Very loud and lots of tourists. Staff was not our usual experience in Vietnam. The rooms were not traditional and seemed very Western.

Less car park place. The lift is not convenient. I hv to use 2 lift to get into the family room.

Room was really comfy and clearly, everything is very good for me, staffs are so helpful ♥️

The place is good

Theres a lady at the front desk will try to scam you, she work with the tour group that try to scam you out of your money. She is the chubby lady with a scar on her nose. She try to act all nice to your face and then lure you into a tour group that try to over charge you.

The location and the breakfast was great! Employees were helpful and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The room was a little outdated. We pointed out some of the issues and some were fixed (like missing filter on the tap, shower couldn't be moved up and down, lamp not working). And the room had a little hint of smoke smell - might have been sitting in the carpets from earlier times.The pool was also a little small and quite windy and shady in the afternoon. But the location was so great, we definitely didn't regret our choice.

Breakfast's good, perfect location, but the room is little small and facilities are old.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. It had variety of food and was really good. Location is great walking distance to every where. It is very touristy. Beach is right cross the street. Staff is wonderful! I would definitely come back here.

Only thing that bother me the most was there was a lot of Korean tourists that was acting very entitled and love cutting in line.

The hot water is slow to get up the 15 floor.

It was clean, breakfast was good

Room had a door to another room and of course big family with kids stayed there… woke us up at early morning screaming on whole hotel. Soundproof is 0. Reception girls are slow, 20 minutes checkin and same for check out. Normally such high rated hotels in Europe do it in 5 mins.

Breakfast was nice in the premier room, although on my last morning I ordered a scrambled egg 3 times and it never came I sat and waited for 25 minutes they kept telling me it was coming, I gave up asking in the end and left. One other morning I asked for a scrambed egg with no cheese and I was given an Omlette with cheese.
