Starlight Nha Trang

Clean, tidy room and good service. Location right in Nha Trang city and near the beach..

We stayed there after a night bus arriving at 5am till check out time. The beds were comfy, everything else was fine too.

Someone was smoking in the corridor and the smell would come through the bathroom window and/or the door.

Great location in the centre of town right near loads of restaurants. Parking was secure and pretty easy to access. Room itself was pretty clean and staff were friendly

Bathroom and towels could be a little cleaner

Great location. Cheap stay

Bit of street noise

The staff were very friendly and there were good options on the breakfast menu.

The mattress was pretty uncomfortable:/

I've stayed here before, so I expected a bit more.

The night porter asked too many questions about my Vietnemese friend even though he knew that I was staying at the hotel and the room was booked for two people. Also, the porter could learn some basic English if he likes talking to customers.

Reasonable prices, room is clean, great wifi and hot water. Nice breakfast.

The lobby staff is very enthusiasticThe receptionist checked in quickly and supported me to send my laundry, pick it up the same day so it was quite convenientThe high floor room has a nice city viewThe room price is reasonableI will definitely come back here next time

good location and decent sized room

wierd smell from the bathroom and cupboard, smelt like very strong bleach the whole stay

Very dirty room with old chair.Bed is just spring and wood.

There was very clean, towels changed almost every day. The location is good.

There were ants in the room and problems with hot water.

Checking out

Rooms didnt look like pics on bookogs.com...no hot water, broken tv, hard bed, unwashed glasses in room, very noisy...reluctance to make any refund for no hot water or tv...very basic accomm...would not recommend...

Location is great.

Hotel was overbooked and my reservation of room with balcony turned to be room without even a window, while stuff didn't care much about this. Completely outdated facilities. Old bed with old linen with stains. Broken tap in bathroom. Everything is heavily used and require modernization or update. Pictures while booking completely do not correspond to reality you get.

Location was very good and it was clean and smell free

Bit of a pain to get in initially

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and affordable and amazing locationThe female staff had really long black hair and cute face was friendly?

A little bit Cleaner would be perfect but for the price it's really good.

The hotel is in a walking distance from the beach and there are many restaurants around. They also rent motorbikes.

The room is quite small and in reality looks much older than on the pictures.

Good location - near airport bus stop

Pillow case - bad smell - not be changed

Good location, view, clean, accommodating staff

The location was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The room was a bit tight.

Location great, staff friendly and the room was nice and big and having a bath was a nice luxury!

The mattress in the room i stayed in needs replacing - the springs have gone and it wasn't particularly comfortable.
