- When we arrived at the property I was impressed as it was clean, modern and had a nice smart TV. However, this quickly changed due to the extremely loud construction that began each morning earlier than 7am. I had ear plugs and still couldn’t sleep through it. It lasted throughout the entire day until about 6pm. I brought the issue up with the staff, she was extremely rude, said it wasn’t her problem and didn’t offer so much as an apology. Over all the hotel, despite having great potential, is let down by the staff and many disturbances around it.

Quite noisy with next rooms. They spoke and laughed very loudly and door without soundproofing so could not relax.
Nothing, absolutely nothing
Cockroaches. One in the elevador as soon as I came in. Then, another one in the bathroom. Then, a family of 8 with kids yelling at midnight. They would not stop. Then, next to me a lot of arguing. The walls are like paper. You can hear a conversation through the wall. I did not sleep all night
