It was reasonably clean, the beds reasonably comfortable. The showers were decent and warm/hot.The location was away from the main town so it was a lot quieter and there were more locals places to eat. They offer a laundry service which is efficient and of a good price.It was very cheap and what we received for the price was fair, what I didn't expect was the overall poor condition of the room. A wash down of the walls and a repaint would go a long way to making it more welcoming, also removal of potentially dangerous, broken fittings so that it is safe for guests, particularly children.

The walls were in a terrible state, there were marks, squashed bugs and what looked like kids' drawings/scribbles. We were at the back side of the building so no noise from the road but we could hear everything going on in the corridors. There was also a damaged light fitting in our room next to the bed which had a jagged broken lightbulb exposed at the top. The drains were blocked so showers had to be very brief to avoid flooding.

The beds were amazing and some members of the staff are very kind, speacially one of the cleaning ladies who was lovely.

One of the best stays I’ve had in all Vietnam! Hands down the best value for your money. Very spacious room. Prime location - food always nearby and just a block away from the beach. Excellent WiFi. Facilities always clean and maintained. Staff always very nice and helpful. My only constructive criticism is that the water could be a tad bit hotter for showering instead of borderline lukewarm.

I booked for 3 days but stayed for 2 weeks. Rooms are amaizing and with this price its just perfect option. Very kind and Friendly staff, who is always ready to help. A lot of delicios food around (and very cheap). Beach is in 5-7 minutes walking. Room cleaning daily

Amazing place for this money. I got room with 2 beds, it was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and polite. Room cleaning when ever you need, changed towels. Tv wasnt working, but i actually dont need it. Friedge, kettle and AC working.

I like the facilities here and they it is rarely good value for my money.The reception is very kind and helpful.They take seriously everything I ask or need.

For the price I paid everything was amazing. Hotel is not new, but it is in a very good condition Cleaning, wi-fi, staff, hot water - all was very goodFurniture was beautiful.A lot of space in the room, AC is in a perfect condition, no bad smells A lot of local food options on the same street, 10 minutes from the beach. I started here for 2 weeks

You find a lot of 4-5 star hotel items in the room - fridge, cattle, tv, but some of them would be broken. But again for the price you pay it is even too goodThe main minus was - room is not soundproof. You can't hear the noises from the street, but if you have noisy neighbours (sometimes happens on weekends), you can feel it.But again I was very glad to stay here

I got the room with freaking affordable, a total private room for myself, with big bed, private bathroom, a small fridge just under 5$. It’s really quiet place and there are many good restaurants nearby. Definitely going back to Nha Trang soon.

The place is quite downscaling a bit, the door is stuck and hard to lock, you need to use much more muscle strength. Wifi is totally nightmare, it’s fking slow. The toilet bowl lid was broken but they seem to never fix it

There were ants and cockroach in room but so OK. The tv could not be used.

Some spot in the room for some reason have mold on the wall probably from the shower area. But it seems like they clean and paint it but it’s coming back again.

Great hotel with everything you need in the room. The place was very clean and you have 2 windows. On in the room and one in the bathroom. Makes for a nice draft night and day. No need for the AC. Big bathroom with big shower. Comfortable bed.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable beds. The location is outside of the city hustle, so you can relax. You can also rent a motorbike from the staff

Good budget hotel with all amenities, close to market and coffee shop opposite. We checked in earlier than check-in time. The girl at the reception was wonderful - she was always ready to help. During my stay, the electricity was cut off in the entire area for a day, the girl at the reception kindly moved me to another hotel (Oliver Hotel), because I needed Wi-Fi for work (thank you for your customer focus and desire to help the hotel guest). Hotel Oliver is located right on the main street on the first line and the sea. My room had a window that looked out onto the corridor. Comfortable bed, hot water and stable internet. Cleaning is optional - I had towels and toiletries changed every 3 days.

This does not apply to the hotel: when moving from one hotel to another, the manager came for me on a bike and lost the removable wheel from my suitcase (perhaps he was holding the suitcase in front of him by the wheel button). I arrived at the Oliver Hotel with a suitcase on 3 wheels and the manager didn’t even apologize (unpleasant situation)
