Beautiful view from the room, nice breakfast buffet, close to the beach

My towels were stained, and the restaurant didn’t serve dinner, you have to take a taxi to find good places to eat nearby

I really appreciated the warm and welcoming service from the staff. They were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is a little far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi or walk a long distance every day. For adults, the walk along the beach to downtown is very pleasant, but it is difficult for small children.Taxis are generally not expensive; however, some drivers quoted very high prices. In a few cases, we were charged up to 500,000 VND for only 1.5–2 km. Fortunately, the hotel assisted us in finding a trustworthy and professional driver from their own network. He was very kind, supportive, and offered a fair price, which we truly appreciated. Also Swimming pool needs some maintenance, considering the safety, especially for the children. The pool floor was sharp and slippery, which could easily cause injuries. Unfortunately, my son cut his toe due to the sharp surface of the pool floor.

Amazing hotel for the price. Perfect location. Room was nice and clean, comfortable and Amazing sea view. Staff friendly and check In quick and convenient.

The infinity pool was lovely

Music from the beach blasting every morning from 4 am to 8 am. Loudspeakers and exercise music so loud you couldn't sleep

Great location. Beachfront. The balcony was big enough to sit on in easy chairs. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Room was clean with the luxury of a bath.

Great location access to the beach. The pool is super nice. Our family had 2 infants and the hotel accommodated us with baby cribs which were awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You could hear the noise from the park in the morning. You could also hear the noise from the hallway, the bathroom next door from within your room. The bathroom's vent really needs help. There's no venting at all so you could smell your stuff in your bedroom. Gross.

The hotel is not quite as expected. Lobby is plain and dated. The reception personnel has limited English abilities, although friendly. The pictures are different and not quite the reality, - the hotel is older, needs a good scrub and maintenance. There are other 4* hotels nearby that looks  better.I think this is a hotel for local guests only.The location is OK, but quite a bit of noise from music till early in the morning, then literally 3 hours of rest before the music starts up again before sunrise. It's the practice here. On this side, the pavements are not maintained and there are no decent restaurants around. The beach is lovely and the water clean. Beach chairs and umbrella to hire VD100 000.The room is a good size, but needs maintenance and care. The furniture is worn, bathroom vanity doors are hanging skew.The balcony is OK and the view great. Nice to see the Vinpearl Ferris Wheel lights at night. Bed and linen are ok. Shower a bit small, but fine. I had to ask the cleaning staff to scrub the mould away and to clean the balcony glass. The swimming pool looks so inviting in the pictures. It's a bit small for the demand, also needs a good scrub and the loungers in the pool were going green. Early in am, when no one is around, the pool is great. Inappropriate furniture at the pool. There's absolutely no supervision. In the already overcrowded pool, the kids jump and are unruly and show no regard for the furniture. No one on duty.The breakfast is fine, a variety and quite the same every morning. Extremely over crowded and very noisy at certain times. Also here, no order. Furniture is full of dirty marks. The hote experiences high traffic. This hotel can be lovely, like the pictures, but needs better maintenance, good supervision and control.All said, I enjoyed my time in Nha Trang and my stay was not dreadful.

Stains in bed sheets and towels. Bathroom curtains and privacy screen full of mold and mildew. TV was old and really slow. Breakfast food was not good. The employees opening the doors for you keep bothering you and asking too many questions.

Excellent view of the bay and island from Winpearl. The rooms are tolerable in terms of cleanliness and water pressure.

The pool is cold, the sun does not reach the pool, there are no sun loungers. Breakfast is extremely poor, there is nothing to choose from, the dining room does not accommodate everyone - you can try to get to breakfast for 1-2 hours. There are 2 elevators, slow, for the number of rooms and 20 floors there are very few, which leads to long waits. The double-glazed windows are simple, the noise from the street and the music of morning exercises will always be with you.

Location was great

Rooms were not to standard. Bathroom was not clean. Blood stains on curtains and floors unwashed. Little to no security when entering the property and any individual can access the floor you’re staying on. Breakfast included however each morning it was so busy there was no tables or food left at 7am. Staff were rude.

They are pretty strict with the timings. Absolutely no breakfast after 9.30 or they don't let you stay in the pool area after closing hours.

There are 4 people in my family, so we used a room with 2 rooms connected by a door. The facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly. The ocean view was beautiful.

The location is not within walking distance of downtown Natrang, so you'll need to take a taxi. And most of all, from 5 a.m. in the park right in front of the hotel, elderly people exercise with loud music. This kept me awake the whole time I stayed. If this doesn't work out, I don't want to stay in the accommodation near this park.

The staff were very friendly, doorman helped us with bags and receptionist was welcoming. The room was good, big comfy bed, large bathroom with closed off shower. The pool area was very nice to hangout in. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety.

The location for the beach is great; however, we were far from restaurants and the central area. Our room had strange “water” drip marks ALL over the walls and brown substance on the door. I felt like a deep cleaning of the room would be necessary to match it to the rest of the hotel’s appearance.

The windows are not sound-proof. We were woken up by the music of people dancing from a square below us at 5 am, and had to change hotels because of this. The staff was very attentive and helpful and offered to change room and upgrade the room to a city view room thus, not facing the square. But we wanted to have ocean view so we rejected it and rebooked another hotel.

Poor window isolation. Thus means you can literally hear every single wave crashing, the music from beach parties at night and the everyday 5am dance class in the public park just across the street. Funny smell in the room.Breakfast was poor and low quality. Only 1 fruit to choose from, no cereals, no fresh milk, no jogurths, no jam but jelly. Once something was finished was not replenished. Unlike any other hotel where we stayed in the country, we had to leave 500k cash or leaving the passport as deposit with reception for the room. Which I found odd as we paid with credit card. No laundry service only dry cleaning available.

For the price we paid (about 60CAD at the time), we had a very nice room. Super clean, the ocean view was actually good and we had the view of the "strip". Breakfast was alright too. It is a bit off the main attractions/restaurants, but has a nice spot of beach in front.

Small thing, butnwish the restaurant had dinners too.
