Cannot stop the fan on the wall

It was a good location.

It was very unclean, dead insects all over, broken charging sockets, marks all over the walls.

Brilliant location. You can be on the beach in 4 minutes. Lots of places around the busy streets near the hotel. The hotel is down a quiet alley with other hotels as well as massage places, snack and drink stalls, restaurants, and two laundry services. The place was clean and there is daily housekeeping with a top-up of water and coffee. My room had a balcony which was nice, but it was really only for drying rather than chilling. The shower was good with almost-instant hot water. The bed was comfortably and so were the sheets. There is a safe and a small fridge in the room which was ideal for keeping my drinks cold. I had no problems with WiFi, I even had a video call without any issues. Overall it's really good for a beach holiday.Air-conditioning wasn't the strongest, but there was a nice powerful fan in the room. The TV didn't work properly. I pointed this out when I arrived, but it never got fixed.

The room was clean and had no specific scents. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. The kitchen team even adjusted their menu to accommodate my lactose-intolerant vegetarian diet. The food was simple but delicious and satisfying. The receptionist and staff went above and beyond, assisting me with my SIM card, food delivery, and recommendations for vegetarian cafés. They patiently answered all my countless questions, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was great for the price you pay for a 3-star hotel. Don't expect anything luxurious.

The location is perfect, with the added bonus of a lovely family run restaurant a few doors down. The staff are wonderful!!! I left my AirPods at the hotel and the staff kindly sent them to the hotel I am staying at! I am so happy that happened ? thank you so much!Highly recommend!!

Construction site next door woke us up early every morning but that cannot be helped by the hotel.

The hotel was in a good location close to the beach and shops. The staff were kind and mostly helpful. It was pretty clean too.

The photos of this property online are extremely misleading. Our room looked literally nothing like the photos and was very dated, dark and uninviting. The bed was quite hard too. Our ‘balcony’ was just a single stool on a tiny iron balcony looking down onto the street below and covered in cigarette stains. The pool and spa on the top floor was abysmal. It was very poorly maintained and ugly, everything was cramped dark and unclean. The view was ruined by construction around the building. I also requested an early check in (happy to pay more for the pleasure as we were arriving at 7am after an overnight bus. We were told this was subject to availability which is fine but on arrival we were simply told no it’s not possible and we have to wait until 2.. this was not ideal and no help was offered with the problem.) We had to ask to store our bags in a secure room as staff wanted us to just leave all of our luggage in the hotel entrance where literally anyone could access our belongings. Super not cool and would not stay here again.

The absolute worst pillows I've ever had, wouldn't provide us more even when I offer to pay any price. Overall just a disappointing experience with the staff ,cleanliness , and comfortability

It was spacious, nice bathroom, good TV, parking place in a garage (motorbike). The location was perfect.

No window in the room, so the room was smelly. I would also appreciate for example a few plates, knives, forks (for fruit), there is a really nice cupboard, but nothing inside …

Rooms were nice and roomy. The colour themes were fun and the bed was comfortable. Hot water didn’t run out in shower. Close to the beach and near lots of restaurants.

Apartment had a kitchen, but no cutlery, plates, bowls cups etc so it’s pretty much 100% unusable unless you bring your own ammenities. Would be great if that added at least a small bowl and a fork so it’s possible to eat some food there. Apartments are located outside of the main building, which is fine, but anyone can enter this building and use the elevator to go around the floors as there’s no key needed to use the elevator. Also no reception staff in the apartment part.

management style: I stayed at apartment where there were not any telephone and not clean service. The male receptionist asked me to add friend through Zalo app for further information. although it looks normal for most vietnamese, I am not IN this suggestion. Kind weird for me!!!I turned on the Cleanup request but no one came to?!?

Disappointing

bathroom was dirty/ rundown. no shower curtain, the whole bath would be wet after showering. Room 1 m away from the Elevator. While you could lock the door there was no bolt to make sure someone with a key cant get in. The balcony door did not close proberly.

It said hotel & spa but there was no spaOnline it said laundry services but they don’t provide it, you go across to one of the laundry shopsAir con didn’t really work within the room and the remote was broken, so used the fan when possible.Good location overall, but page needs to be updates with online facilities so there is no disappointment.

We had a family room with two beds on the 9th floor with a small balcony which had a great view. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. There is a laneway in front of the hotel which is a dead end, so pretty quiet really, plus there are restaurants, massage places, laundry places & shops right there. Air conditioning worked well & good to have a small fridge in your room. The staff were all friendly especially the young girl during the day, always smiling & helpful and she spoke good English. Great value for money.

No breakfast even though it’s advertised (they gave us a 10% discount when I queried this). The beds are firm, not an issue for us. The rooms could definitely use a freshen up & a deep clean. Unfortunately you have to remove your entry key tag from the power when you leave the room. Still good value for what it is & the location.
