Great location near the beach. Walking distance and very central

Everything was good. the Breakfast Buffet was worth the extra charge. The room was comfortable, I'd stay there again.

they didn't have an English speaking on the front desk so it was easy to get confused both ways, but the made the effort to either find someone or to have you come back when someone did. Thefirst night they had the Hotel booked with mostly teenagers who were really noisy until about 1:am, then they started again at 5:am so mthere wasn't much of a chance for sleep.

The location was convenient for restaurants and for the beach. It was clean, bathroom was nice and had a proper shower.

It was a shame to not have a window. Also unfortunately there was a loud group of young boys running around the corridor until the early hours. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault however our sleep was disturbed.

Reasonable price, central location convenient for walking, friendly staff, enthusiastic customer support, spacious, clean.

The gym is not available.TV never works, or freezes forever while watching.

Very noisy. Had 3 Viet families keeping their doors open and using the whole floor as a playground for their kids and a socialising area, blasting music. 0 consideration for other hotel guests. Also, the room they gave me was right next to an elevator which did not make things better.

Walls were incredibly thin so you could hear everything that happened outside the room. A flock of noisy kids woke us up every single day at 7am with screaming, yelling and knocking on doors.

The reception staff was nice and the hotel is nicely placed in the center, 5 mins away from the night market.

Hotel was dirty, wifi is hard to make work but for the price you can't really complain.We paid extra for a room with a balcony and no one told us there was a night club right under the window.Only thing unacceptable is they charged us extra for a towel that was lightly stained with makeup (100% washable).

It was clean and well located. Spacious room. There was a pool but the water was too cold to swim (we were here in January). Staff was nice.

Poorly isolated for the sound. We could hear everything going on in the corridor or in the rooms around us. Since we were here during the Tet holidays it was pretty busy and we couldn't sleep much (people- especially with children- screaming in the halls at 6 am, club music or karaoke late at night..)Unfortunately we had a room without any windows so it was a bit sad, but we knew about it beforehand when we were booking.Furniture was pretty old too. Overall it doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

Good position in the centre. Close to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Friendly staff . Recommend.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet airco that could hear as well. It is in the middle of everything, close to the beach and super affordable.

Not super important, but just so you know, the rooftop bar died long ago and the swimming pool is tiny and cold (it's there though, you can swim). What I really missed was the bath I had booked. The restaurant wasn't open either but there's a million restaurants right around the corner

Big room, very comfortable bed, super clean, daily housekeeping, good bathroom, room temperature fully adjustable. It came with a closet, a desk, fridge, water cooker, a couch and a flatscreen tv. Amazing value for the money (apparently it's low season right before Tet)

Window doesn't close completely so lots of outside noise. I booked a room with a bath but got a shower (there are clearly plenty of empty rooms that have baths).

Clean, well maintained hotel, nice lady at the reception. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Cleaning every day. Good location.

The hotel pool was closed during our stay. Breakfast was average. The age and condition of the scooters the hotel has available for rent, I think the local rental companies have scooters in better condition.

Large, comfortable beds. Rooms were clean and spacious - however we were given a free upgrade to a bigger family room, so can’t comment on the size/feel of a standard double room. Great location - close to lots of restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating, letting us store our luggage before and after check in.

The facilities shown on the listing/advert were not in use throughout our entire stay and it appeared like they hadn’t been for a while. We chose to a pay a little extra to stay here due to their supposedly being a bar, spa, and pool on site - however only the pool was available to use. The pool was on the rooftop and was lovely and quiet in the evenings. As our room backed on to the main road, it was pretty loud overnight and we could often hear other guests in their rooms and the hall, so worth considering this if you’re a particularly light sleeper.

Unbelievable value for money, fantastic location, and the staff were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Pool was also lovely

prime location, take like 5 mins walk to the beach. Quiet but still close to everything, recommended.

My best sleep in Nha Trang. Wish we extended. So clean and comfortable! Pool and gym was nice too.
