Early check in, which is very important!

It’s unbelievably dirty every time come. I don’t understand why they can’t clean properly. Fridge, floor, toilet bowl, sink, table… everything is very dirty. This time they even left towels of previous guest.

Cleaning is horrible. I had to clean everything by myself. Ants, slippery and full of send floor, smelling piles toilet, dirty table, fridge. So 30 min I just cleaned the room.

It’s located near by the sea, in the north, a lot of places to eat and markets, shops. This time bed sheets were clean, no smell but it’s by chance, towels also ok.

Every time I come I have to clean everything! Air con is dirty, never cleaned, this time it’s was send everywhere, hairs, dirty tables, fridge, shower room. I’m not talking about walls, it’s also had to be cleaned by myself. The light is 70% on, just 4 lamps from 6 were connected. Small lamp is always full of dust, the top of the wardrobe never being cleaned. Same as the back side of TV. People smoke right in the hall, which is horrible. Park scooters inside and don’t turn off the engine. Asian people are very noisy and staff has to inform them about simple rules like being quiet and respect others after 11 pm.

Ants in the bedsheet, noisy early in the morning. 5-6 am cleaning staff and some guests are very loud speaking. Guests just smoke on the stairs. Walls in the room are dirty, need to be renovated. The lamp on the wall and space above the closet, tv, air con are really have to be cleaned. Especially air con! If you open you’ll see very dirty inside! Some noise from renovation next building. Plugs are not placed good. Early check in and check out available but just one hour difference.

It’s nice to stay. Good location. No window but pretty quiet. Small space but o for one person. In the north.

The room was large and well equipped. It was always kept clean by the hardworking housekeepers. The location was ideal, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants close by. Fast Wi-Fi, elevator to upper floors, an electric kettle and a nice warm shower with great water pressure. It checked all the boxes for me.Each and every member of the staff is to be commended; they were so kind and went out of their way to make me feel at home.

After 8 year in SE Asia, I should be used to the very firm mattresses that are found everywhere here, but I still do miss a softer bed.

There was absolutely nothing to be liked about this place. In 15 years of travelling to Vietnam, this would be, without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked for 5 nights for three people, and the hotel was so bad, we departed, bitterly disappointed after two nights.

The photos and the description of the room were totally inaccurate. I had booked a Deluxe Triple room, fully expecting a Deluxe room. We were offered a room with three beds, and a view less window that opened into a ventilation shaft containg all the airconditioning motors, hardly a Deluxe offering. The WiFi was almost non existent and most certainly the slowest experienced anywhere in the world.The whole place is very very old, and while the room service staff did their best to keep the place clean, they had a thankless task on their hands. The whole building should be demolished.

I received a room without a window, there was one but it led to a tiny technical area without sunlight. Overall, the room was in a very tired condition. For the price they charge, it would be fine if not one problem: the room had abysmal mix of mold and cigarettes smell coming somewhere from the technical area probably from lower floors. I started to feel pain in my lungs and head after few hours of staying there. So I decided to ask to change the room and they agreed, they gave me same room type but at lower floor which, unfortunately, had the same problems. I ended up checking out earlier without refund because of health problems. I know they have acceptable rooms with windows outside, I would recommend staying there but better avoid these rooms without actual window.

Needs a good clean and another lift. The windows had chicken wire covering them, and needed to be bigger. Our room didn't get cleaned once during our three day stay

Good location and cheap price

Room looked nothing like the pictures, didn’t even have a window and no pool

The stuff was really amazing people, very kind and helpful to us. We feel how the staff try hard to help us it every question and our need.

Small room, can’t sleep in peace, you hear everyone in the building, even the dogs and other people takes a shower. Half of the closet that was physically in our room belongs to another room, and thin closet walls don’t isolate the sound at all. Sheets wasn’t clean and the towels have a lot of other human black hair (we are blond family). After 2 nights we leave to other hotel.

Bad

The room was dingy and nothing compared to pictures. No food and not even water. Too pricey for the facility

Disappointing

Rooms were not cleaned. There are lots of hair on the beds. Hotel locates off main street, it was not convenient when you have a car or SUV.

The location and the staff were both great!

The beds were hard as rocks. This was a super noisy hotel. You could hear everything. I woke up with three bite marks on my right hand/ wrist area that was resting in the corner of the bed. Hmmmm....

Amazing and friendly staff, always smiling and eager to help you out. Great locations 2 minute walk to the beach. Available beverages to purchase in the lobby including water/soft drinks/alcohol. House keeping were great and friendly and room and bedding was cleaned very often. Will definitely stay again.

It was perfect

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Very spacious. For this price range it was at a level we expected. very affordable and the staff really made a huge difference. Easy to rent bikes for a good price and they kindly allowed us to store our luggage. Allowed early checkin.

A few minor issues. The bathroom door didn't close properly. Beds were very hard. Was supposed to have a smart TV but it wasn't working. No windows.

Great and very kind stuff, always there to help. View from the room is absolutely perfect. Everything was clean.
