Ruby Luxury Hotel

The property was near the beach, which was very convenient. It was within walking distance — about 3 to 5 minutes. There were also coffee shops and restaurants nearby.The room was comfortable. Nothing much to say about it, except for the noise from the upper floor late at night. This should be better managed, especially around 11 p.m. or midnight. The noise from other guests was too loud.

The staff looked friendly at first at the moment of check in, but after 1 hour I had to ask them three times to bring us toilet paper and to change the TV remote control battery. I told one of the front desk staff, and they said yes, but never brought it until I insisted over the phone and again in person. (This could have been a language barrier; however, I used simple English and spoke very slowly, as I know English isn’t their first language.)In addition, the free breakfast was not a good deal. I’m not a picky person, but I didn’t want to eat the free breakfast there again. The food quality was poor, though I understand the room price was not very expensive. Breakfast was served from 6 or 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., but by 8 a.m., they had already run out of milk.Lastly, we had a lot of luggage, but no one helped us — so we saved our tips.P.S. The internet connection should be improved. It was very slow, and we could hardly watch videos from our room.

Bad

Dirty. Small bedroom. Pool upstairs was so dirty and some was sleeping in there's with a messy tables beside the pool. ? very bad. Would never come back.

The facility is clean and has comfortable rooms with a great beach view. Delicious breakfast included. we spent two days and our interaction with Mr Duc and Ms TRI was cool. they're super nice to customers. Mr Duc helped us to book a bus to Ho chi Minh city on the final day,

There were bugs in the room.The staff did not speak English. The hotel did not have a terminal for a card. So card payment is not possible. When we paid in dollars the reception did not give back the change.

The accomodation was super! 3 minutes to the beach - and wonderful view from the window!And the room itself was great :)

The breakfast could me more variuos and tasty (but it is my personal opinion).And I changed the room when checled in because of the strange insects and ants on the floor and in the corners

beach 100m away (2 sunbeds for around 150k vnd), quite at nights.staff was very friendly (despite the reviews we saw before talking about rude staff), english skills could be improved though.

bathroom flooded when taking a shower without a proper drainage possibility (drain is located in a bathtub, no curtains available for the bathtub)

The hotel has a favorable location, sea-facing, eateries nearby. Seems to have just been reconstructed, so it's totally looking new, I love how quiet it was throughout the stay even that was holidays. Enthusiast support staffs is another worth.

We all think that the service was not very good as it comes with the rate 3-star. - Arrival time: we had announced in advance, even arrived a bit late, we still had to wait for the room to be ready. - The booked room: it was booked as a double room but they asked us to have 2 single beds combined (personally find it quite inconvenient because I hate the gap between those as I was with my boyfriend). - The breakfast included: the buffet was horrific, so bad that you have to turn around for ages without knowing which to pick. The rest of my team did not come back on next morning for the same reason above. - The bathroom: it looks kinda gorgeous until there was water leaking through the mirror into the room's floor. - The parking: it's kinda small even for bikes. We have our own, and sadly after the trip were some marks happened to my new bike's cover.

- breakfast was terrible, lack of choice. the fried rice was too hard to eat and the noodles soup has no flavour - rooms are much smaller than the photos- lots of things run out

the location and staff were great. Kim Chi and other front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming.

I did not like that credit cards were not accepted

unfortunately the location at more quiet end of town was the only “good” thing for us about the place

truly disappointing. this place looks so much nicer than it is. i really don’t know how it got such good reviews. it was dirty, the staff didn’t care or help, breakfast was a joke and basically none existent, we had to beg for towels of which they sometimes ran out, when there was a party next door the receptionist didn’t care about how we didn’t sleep, they kept our passports and didn’t give them back until checkout, we could only pay in cash. what’s worse about the experience is that we contacted booking directly but they also didn’t care. truly the lowest point of our vietnam vacation. the photos where taken after they “deep cleaned” the rooms.

Amazing stuff, available 24/7, can help and reccomand you place to visit if you don’t have a plan.Especially Trang, was really friendly!

Breakfast was a bit poor

The front desk crew provided excellent customers services. Kudos to Linh (day Supervisor) and Duc (night Supervisor) were very professional and courteous in making sure my stay was pleasant. I really appreciated their hospitality.

My friend Ralph recommended this hotel. Perfect location, Very accessible. The staff were amazing. The receptionists Kimchi and Ms. Linh were very helpful. They recommended great places to eat and visit. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends too.
