The resort is beautiful! The staff is exceptional and treated us like family. Going above and beyond customer service on the daily to make sure we had a perfect holiday in Nha Trang!

I had a wonderful stay at Alibu Resort. I really loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful private beach where I felt completely safe and relaxed. The buffet offered so many delicious choices, and everything was well-organised and clean. The whole resort is well-maintained, quiet, and beautifully designed — perfect for rest and relaxation. I truly appreciate the staff’s care and the excellent service throughout my stay. I’ll definitely come back again! ?☀️

The location being outside the town was quieter which was welcomed - the breakfasts were magnificent with every conceivable option available - the resort was clean and staff were pleasant although rather too eager to clean the room in the morning

Construction Noise: There was constant construction work outside our window, which the hotel did not inform us of beforehand. This was very disruptive.Room Issues:The room was extremely dark due to poor lighting.The windows were dirty, adding to the overall discomfort.The bathtub in front of the windows lacked curtains or blinds, offering no privacy, especially with construction workers frequently passing by."Do Not Disturb" Sign Ignored: Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, reception would still call us in the morning to ask about cleaning, which was intrusive.Food and Drinks:Breakfast was acceptable, but the food available for lunch and dinner was terrible and overpriced.The bar menu was disappointing, with poorly made cocktails that were not enjoyable.Language Barrier: Most of the staff did not speak English at a sufficient level, making it difficult to communicate or place orders. Only the reception staff spoke English well.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was clean and spacious and breakfast was good. The sauna and massage included in our room were great. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and helpful. The boys opening car doors were lovely.

The adjoining door in our room was extremely thin, it's as if the family next door were IN our room at 07:00 am every morning and in the afternoons. Lots of guests, nowhere near enough sun loungers around the pools. Shower and toilet door/walls open at the bottom, not great, I really don't need to hear everything and toilet floor wet for ages after a shower. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, but some really don't know how to smile. Some were literally unfriendly, like one of the guys making omelettes and soup in the morning. Not many of the staff speak English so can actually ask a question or have a conversation. Communication happens via WhatsApp where they can use a translator. If prices for food/drinks were lower, more people would stay and eat and drink at hotel rather than going outside of resort.

Boutique resort, which isn't too big. Short walking to all facilities. Great spa with private couple rooms with ensuite steam and sauna. Free shuttle bus to city centre. BBQ buffet dinner on Wednesday and Saturdays for 600k VND per person. Onsite microbrewery. Two swimming pools. Good selection for breakfast buffet. Nice small touches like free local fruit, which you can take any time of day. Whatsapp messaging directly to guest relations for anything from room service to housekeeping. There is a kids club room which is manned from 12pm. Good for minding young children if adults need some alone time.

Very minor issues, there is no clock or tissues in our room. Might be an issue for others. The resort has a private beach, but don't expect a full seaside experience. It is more like a small man made cove. Water sports like SUP and kayaks are available.

the hotel has everything, nice rooms, pool, beach access.

we arrived too early in the morning as we came with a night bus from Hoi An. we waited in the lobby from 5am and asked if we can have breakfast, but the guy at the reception denied us to have breakfast. we did not even get water or somerhing else. price for everything was too high

The room was lovely, the pools were large and very clean with beautiful views. It was really nice having beach access and you could see small tropical fish without going out far at all. The free shuttle bus to the town centre was great.

The bed was quite firm, the shower had a bit of a damp smell but wasn’t an issue for us. The staff were fairly friendly however service was very slow when ordering food/drink. English was limited more so than other areas of Vietnam we have visited.

Beautiful hotel, lovely pools, lots of sunbeds, you can swim in the sea with a tiny bit of beach. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms good size, comfy bed, tea making facilities, safe, plenty of wardrobe space. Excellent choice at breakfast with lovely views, you can sit in or outside. Food available all day and Drinks and cocktails very reasonable. Live music a couple of nights. Taxi's available from reception to take you into Nha Trang, where there are plenty of bars and cafe's. Nice walk along sea front. The hotel is quite far out but worth it. At night you have great views across the bay with all the lights.

We stayed in the resort for five nights and had the bungalow with garden-view. The room was quiet, well-equipped, spacious and featured a rain-shower in the (a bit smelly) patio. Be aware that the garden bungalow barely gets any daylight; if you’re spending your day outside all day, this is no issue though. Otherwise, a normal hotel room would be your preference.The resort consists of multiple pools, restaurants and its own beach access with plenty of space for all guests. Noteworthy is the service-orientation of the hotel personnel. Although communicating in english is overall “challenging”, in the end both sides understand each-other. For further wishes, the hotel uses whatsapp, which makes communicating very convenient, for example when reserving a dinner spot.The pool-area with the bar and food-corner is a great place to hangout and under good management. The personnel carries a genuine smile which made us return daily to the pool-side-restaurant. The hotel’s own beer brewery is a truly unique and tasty feature. Breakfast is very diverse and freshly made. For trips to the city the hotel offers its own shuttle service.

The hotel charging extra for sunbeds and beach-towels I found quite sketchy. When going to such a hotel, the main activity will be relaxing at the waterside. Therefore, charging extra gives a slightly “strange” feeling. Also, one was required to deposit either a passport or USD 100,- upon checking in, which again was a little bit odd, and certainly not something I had ever experienced before giving me a feeling of “mistrust”.

Beautiful garden and swimming pools with great views on Nha Trang. Spacious and comfortable room. Own brewery on site. Extensive breakfast. Seafood restaurant a few minutes walking from the resort was great.

Check in took way too long (they forgot us) and staff in bar and restaurant could improve their level of service. It was very hot in the gym. Food at breakfast that was supposed to be warm, was sometimes too cold. Not much to do in surroundings nearby, but Nha Trang is easy to reach by Grab.

The hotel has a resort feeling but is much smaller and more intimate than some of the resorts we have been to. It is absolutely stunning. The tranquil grounds and rooms add to the very relaxing atmosphere and one can truly unwind and recharge the batteries. The very BEST part of this little piece of heaven is the staff! Every morning we were greeted by the friendly members of the breakfast team. Asanka the F&B manager had some very handy travel suggestions chatting while we enjoyed the superb spread at the breakfast buffet. The reception staff went out of their way to help us courier a bag that got left behind after our departure. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer, as this wind down was a highlight after a very busy two weeks traveling through Vietnam.

There is absolutely nothing not to love about Alibu.

Very beautiful residence. Great view. The staff was trying to help us all the time. Especially the manager of the restaurant was very mindfull.

The staff often speaks very bad to no English. Sometimes there acting a bit clumsy. The towels at the pool are too small. Entering the sea was a bit difficult.

Fantastic resort! me and my fiancée have a great time there. food is good and good quality. quite and very relaxing. new resort. every staff is very friendly in the resort. I will want to come Alibu again!

We have to pay 2Usd for the laundry bag. like any other hotel and resort, it should be given free. we have spent hundreds of dollars for the food and service, we don’t mind paying the usd 2. To us it does not feel good as we are already willing to spend our money there for a good time for 5 nights but we feel that the resort is stingy and calculative for a laundry bag during check out. the hotel should just include the laundry bag cost into the hotel fee. I still give Alibu a very good review because it was a good resort and want to to improve on this.

The WORST resort ever.....!!!TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking!FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange.

Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise.THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build.....We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....!TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was proactive and helpful.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean and the complimentary fruits, canape and drinks every day was such a nice touch. Made our stay at Alibu very enjoyable. We are a family of four, and they let us have 2 bungalows next to each other so we are always in contact with the kids

The hotel was still under renovation and construction so sauna and spa was not available yet.

Really nice restaurant: one of the most tasty Pho I've ever tried (highly recommend it for the breakfast), good in-house brewed beer.

Woke up in the middle of the night due to some technical noise the lasted till 8 in the morning. The staff didn't manage to fix the problem – it repeated the very next night (it seems to me that was some kind of pump working, but can't tell for sure). But the worst thing of all – ants, that occupied our luggage bag so that we were forced to through it away, as well as the portable steamer (it was full of ants). We've discovered this ant thing the day before check-out, so it was really disturbing.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed. Good wifi. Very attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was great.
