Great location. Great breakfast. Beautiful rooms with great views.

Pretty good breakfast, but needs a more western food like bacon or hashbrowns. The gym and the pool were awesome. All the staff were terrific.

The rooms feel a little dated, but not too bad.

Room is spacious and reception staff is very nice to offer me early check-in at 12:00pm.

Room was not clean: carpet was so dirty with stains, dirt, particularly hair. Although I asked the housekeeping/ front desk to vacuum the carpet/ room on the next day for hair removal, but nothing was changed. No shower curtain, so after every showering, the bathroom floor was wet. Beach in front of the hotel is not good for swimming. This hotel is for Chinese guests, so it was very noisy.

The location is great. Good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Terrible experience and lost nerves...

In the family room the king-size bed was on the way to the other room, a pass-through, so privacy at all for parents.And the other room with twin beds had no windows at all, like a doghouse.We asked to replace it with two separate double rooms (they had them available), and we even were ready to pay the difference, but they said the family room is booked via Booking, that's why no refunds or changes possible. Even though on booking there was an option to request a host to cancel with no fees.After one hour of arguments and calls to a manager, the only option they offered just to buy one more room in addition to family room. So we had just to pay for two more people's accomodation. And they asked to book and pay directly, in order to be more flexible, even though on Booking.com it was cheaper. But it didn' help. Surprise! We paid for 4 days of this extra room, but when we tried to cancel the last day well in advance, they said they can't refund it because it was paid by VISA card. After 3 visits to repetion, catching the manager and a lot of arguments, they finally agreed to refund the money. But nobody will get us back spoiled mood, and restore our nerves.I am a Genius level 3 at booking.com with over 100 reviews. I stayed in different hotels in 60 countries and I usually never give less than 8-9 stars. This was the first such a negative experience. They claim to be a 5-star hotel. No way.Stay away from this hotel.

I stayed in the Exe suite (about $100/day). Staff was awesome. Big hotel. Only 5 star hotel in the area in front of a reef surf break.

I had to move my room because they were closing down my floor due to lunar new year. Lots of chinese people here. They don't enforce no smoking policy too well. 5 stars by vietnam standards and not by western standards. Lots of minor damages in the elevator and throughout the hotel. Water pressure in shower is horrible. Cheap Furniture decor was from the 70s (brown oak). Small mini fridge did not stay cold.

staff are nice and accommodating. If you book an ocean view from high up in this hotel. You will enjoy a breath-taking view of the ocean. I was here to surf the reef out in front of this hotel. So, it is the only 5 star hotel nearby. I stayed here during late Dec and all of Jan and into mid Feb.

This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Not by western standards. Furniture in the executive suite is from the brady bunch era or 80s era. Should have a microwave and mini stove for this suite. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. They don't really enforce it. Most of the visitors here are Chinese and Russians. They smoke regardless of the posted signs. Breakfast buffet is a joke. Rude Chinese think they own the place. They have no manners or etiquette. But it's about money. I get it. Buffet is packed and they closed down the other room. Of which are supposed to accommodate the Chinese. The other room is mostly for westerners, supposedly.

Amazing, attentive, kind staff. Very comfortable stay with lots of hot water, good AC, and a comfortable bed.

Breakfast could be better managed.

Honestly it wasn't a luxury 5 star experience. They didn't even turn the AC on in the elevators. Also the pool doesn't get much sun so it's pretty cold for a little kid. Also sound proofing super awful for a 5 star.

Swimming pool unattractive

Location was great! Very close to sea front. Mr Hung (front desk manager) was exceptionally helpful as were all his staff. He helped us immensely and was very friendly. He helped make a good holiday into a great holiday. What a lovely man! I cannot praise him enough and one of the best I have met in the 65 coh tries I have visited.

Personal is great, location is wonderful, about 4 min walk to the beach. The hotel has its umbrellas on the beach, available for guests from 8am to 4 pm. The location itself is great, less crowded. The personnel was supporting and helping. The rooms are clean. Stores/restaurants are nearby. We received a plate of fruits to our room for a long stay, it was a very nice gesture.Have been in the spa, it is unbelievably great, the service is TOP!When we were departing the personnel organized us a car with wonderful conditions and a very nice driver for a good price. Thank you for your support and care

Need some improvements in English skills and breakfasts should be adopted, not a variety of food.

Decent breakfast with good selection of oriental and western food. Easy access to public beach. Surrounding area offers variety of services. Less crowded location but just about 10 minutes by cab from city center. Great value.
