Great hotel with nice view, located in front of the beach but a bit far from the center. The staff members are helpful and friendly, especially thanks to Lisa, Jess, Jennie, Uyen for their hospitality. Besides, I really enjoy the breakfast buffet, many choices. Everything is great about the hotel except the lobby was quite hot.

Everything! The room is new, comfortable, and clean. Staff are helpful, great location, pool is amazing.

We had an unexpected business trip. The second time back and everything was still the same. The receptionists are still as warm and lovely, especially Ryan, Han, and Uyen. We will come back again.

Room was big and had plenty of space. Gym was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Opposite the quieter end of the beach and you could get sun bed and towel as hotel residents.

This hotel was overcrowded with very loud groups of Chinese visitors especially at the weekends. It took a long time to go up and down in the lifts during busiest periods. Breakfast was fine but you had to time it right to avoid the crowds. Swimming pool was overcrowded and didn’t get the sun. Surrounding area catered for Chinese and Russian visitors- not really Western Europe (not a criticism - just an observation so travellers can make informed decision)

The hotel provided very good breakfast with many choices of food, excellent varieties. Hotel's location is in front of beach however it is not very closed to the center. The front desk was spacious with good designs. Receptionists and hotels' staffs were friendly.

There was no welcome drink even no water bottle at the front desk given they are 5-star hotel! It was very difficult to turn on/turn out with the Bathroom faucets in our rooms. The bathroom floor was very slippery and we fell twice.During our stay, there was a conference which occurred on the same floor of our room. They organized a party at the end of the conference in a late evening with singers... it made a lots of noise and it really bothered us. The hotel should have notified their guests room and such event should not have happened in late evening to respect other guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location right by the beach makes it incredibly convenient for swimming and enjoying the seaside. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were professional and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Reception charges noodles when checking while we for sure did not touch those noodles, feels like a cheap scam trick of the hotel

The price is fair for the services, I guess.Quite clean, although carpet was stained. Breakfast is nice, if you go there at 6:30 am

Although we stayed on 24th floor, street noises were audible all the time, even with balcony door shut; it was an adjacent room and neighbors were heard as if the were in our room. Crowded: have to queue for elevators with people getting inside in wet swimsuits all the time. At 7:30 am it’s already impossible to get table in the restaurant.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Some of the other guests were rude, but I can't fault the hotel on that. Overall, it was a great stay, in a great location.

Good location, good price, clean and spacious room

Booked a room with sea view, but the windows faced the other side. Only got water bottles on the first day. The clean sign didn't work without a key card. The restaurant was too crowded. Had to wait for a long time to get an elevator.

Have a very good family suite with two large room and the price is very reasonable.

The hotel has complete facilities and amenities. Buffet has many dishes to suit your taste. The friendliest staff are Quynh and Nguyet

The room was very nice.

The pool is half indoors so the water is cold. There were some constructions on the beach so they didn't supply beach chairs when we were there even if all the other hotels who were also affected by the constitutions still did give their customers beach chairs

I don't find anything nice to say about this hotel. Just it is not worth for the money you pay.

It is not a 5* ! maybe closer to a 3.5...I will not recommand this hotel. Breakfast is weak and staff are just here to take your money. Not really nice or helpfull. As westerners we are not considered...Better go somewhere else.
