Good Wifi, good location, good location, comfortable cleaning

There was no hand soap.

Everything. What a great hotel. Swimming pool, good Wifi, excellent rooms and beds with HOT water. Maids regulrly cleaned rooms.

It is down a small lane which taxis wouldn't go. So we had to carry our bags 100 metres. No big deal.

Location

Very small room for them to accept booking for 4 adults 2 children all in one room . I ended up book another hotel next to it for another room.

Short distance to the beach

- No hand soaps even after asking for it at the reception (we had to buy it ourselves)- broken pool- mold in the showers- breakfast was bad

The fact the the photos and rooms are not as depicted. Suites that are studios being sold as beautiful suites but in actual is very worn-out, cracked windows and generally need lots of maintenance

The room was outstanding! Reception manager was very professional!

That the breakfast buffet was lacking of fresh fruits and other type of breads only had white bread same two fruits during my long stay. Adding jam can be a plus!

In expensive overnight rate. Room was clean and adequate. Bed good and shower had plenty of hot water . AC was very good. Breakfast was also good and adequate.

It's old and just standard room and had no window. Just an inexpensive room . Shower no rack to hold your soap , shampoo or razor.

Good value for money. Nice sea views, lovely to sleep hearing the waves crash on the shore. Lovely and helpful staff members.

Breakfast is actually terrible. Too many options and none of them good. Not even the coffee. I ended up skipping it as I do not want bad coffee in Vietnam.

Slow and unstable WiFi

Property is convenient to the beach and not next to loud traffic. The value for the room was excellent including a buffet breakfast. The Pho and eggs cooked to order were good.

The property is aging and is starting to show. But still comfortably accommodating. . Further my suite only had a tv in the living area and not in the bedroom

Do yourself a favor – stay far away from this place.

From the very beginning, the staff demanded extra money for early check-in, and basically for anything you ask. Their only purpose seems to be to squeeze every possible cent out of guests, while providing nothing in return. When I accidentally left my swimsuit in one of the rooms during a move, it mysteriously disappeared. Instead of apologizing, the staff arrogantly told me that “cameras show the cleaner didn’t take anything.” Clearly, theft is another problem in this hotel. This hotel should be shut down or at the very least completely renovated. Its condition is beyond terrible, the service is appalling, and the level of dishonesty is shocking. After 14 years of traveling, I can confidently say this was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Our holiday was completely ruined by stress, frustration, and endless problems.

We stayed for 5 nights and had to change rooms 3 times. The first room smelled absolutely unbearable, so we were moved the next night. The second room was no better – the hotel is old, filthy, and badly maintained. Everywhere was dirty, with hair and dust left after “cleaning.”The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. On the 4th night, the air conditioners in both our rooms broke down at the same time (we were traveling as two families in separate rooms). We were forced to move again, just one night before leaving. Instead of trying to make our stay comfortable, the only thing the staff kept suggesting was to “upgrade to a better room” – of course, for extra money.Breakfast was horrible. Out of 5 days, we only managed to have breakfast twice, and there was almost nothing edible. Once, we arrived 1 minute late and they refused to let us in. When we left early for an excursion, every other hotel provided a lunch box for guests – this hotel simply said “we don’t do that.”The hotel was nearly empty despite being high season – maybe 5–6 guests at most – and now I understand why. It is dirty, old, and run by staff who clearly don’t care about hospitality. Their only goal is to take as much money from you as possible while giving nothing in return.

Very dirty, litter strewn area including the gritty beach. Smell of faeces rising from sewers in the city. Very little concideration for the environment but locals oh so ready to take your cash and pester you with cheap goods - what a pity. My whole perception of a lush, biodiverse environment has changed from my experience in VN.Hotel - located in a side street with views of the sea blocked by buildings in front. Buffet breakfast twice as costly as outdoor facilities. Booked a seaview but after 1st night got moved to a room with no windows. Toilet smelled of amonia. Air con not very quiet. Stairwell dirty, debri and blocked or impeded with fold-up-beds, odd furnitures, gallon water bottles etc = fire escape inadequate. 15th floor pool- very small, not clean. Friendly & helpful staff though.

Nice big, light room with a small balcony . Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. perfect location: beach shops, restaurants very closeby.l

The hotel is in a great location right next to restaurants and the beach.

The balcony we had was awful, it wasn’t really a balcony and it had bars on it. The balcony was behind someone else balcony. We didn’t like this at all

Excellent value for money hotel, considering we paid $38AU per day for a King suite room, breakfast included. Hotel is the city center, but in the small alley, so no traffic noise in the morning. A few min waking to the beach. Basic rooms, not much of a storage but the bed was extremely comfortable which was very important as we were staying for 10 days. There was a sofa in a Kings sute. No sofa in other types of rooms. There was a safe in the room. Breakfast is a little bit basic, steamed vegetables, couple of salads, fried rice, noodles, fruits, can book eggs and nice soup, plus good Vietnamese coffee. I would eat soup every morning, it was so nice. Nice friendly cafe opposite the hotel, with nice food and cold beer, and they do money exchange as well in the cafe. Overall my expectations were exceeded for the price we paid. Will stay again, if returned.

Slippery floor in the bathroom, when wet. Rubber mat would be useful. Would be nice to have the stands for our suitcases. They were on the floor otherwise.

I was the one who booked rooms for us and my 3 friends. Look around for my other extended review. Basic comfortable hotel in the city center on a quiet alley.
