Stuff are great tgey were very kind

1.The hose room cleaning is not that good, 5 star hotel explained that they going to do wet cleaning and sheet changing once every 2 days, which we never experienced. Have to complain a lot.2. The neighbors especially Russians are too rude that some night couldn't sleep because of the noise of drinking at the pool during the midnight

The surrounding and the pool area is very wide and inviting. We had bad weather so we didn’t really used it. But if we could it would be a great pool area. The location is very good with good access to the VINWonder park.

The building and the room are a bit tired. They need some face lift. We had room service and the leftovers were not taken by the staff for 48 hours. It started to stink outside our room door.

The location of the hotel with the seafront and green hills is excellent for those who want to get away from the city. It is a peaceful and relaxing place for a holiday with friends or family. It is easily accessible by speed boat or cable car to the city for meals or sightseeing. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English. The breakfast was exceptional.

The room facilities facing the hillside could be improved. The room lighting was too dim. For a five star resort only 2 complimentary bottles of water were provided. The meals at the restaurants are over priced.

The hotel is quite old but well maintained, clean and complete.

A good resort on Hon Tre island beside Vinwonders park. Got a good pool. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.It is fun taking the cable car and boat to and fro the island when you arrive/depart or if going in to Nha Trang town.We enjoyed a day at Vinwonders - don't need longer than this unless you are wanting to spend days in the water park (our kids were too small for this).

We had tried to get two rooms connecting for our young family. The room configuration that we selected when we arrived, it was apparent it wouldn't work, so asked about changing to one bigger room (which would have been quite a bit cheaper if we'd booked it originally). This was quite a hassle to do even though the room was available. We weren't able to get any of the difference refunded which was disappointing. The other guests were almost exclusively Russians on package holidays and often not very polite and courteous to others in the breafast queue etc. The water of the beach itself wasn't particularly clear or inviting, so we mainly swam in the pools.It is quite a way back to the harbour if you don't want to eat every lunch/dinner at the expensive resort restaurants (our booking only included breakfast).

The beach was nice, also the staff were polite and helpful. Amazing breakfast.

Way too overpriced for Vietnam. Literally got better room in Nha Trang city in 5 star hotel for almost 3 times cheaper. The room was old with the stains on the mirror and the broken lock to the balcony.

Beach was dirty, storage room had bugs, and our original rooms were over priced and too small.

Location was great. General facilities decent.

Staff struggled with English, AC didn’t work properly for 2 out of 4 nights despite them trying to fix it twice, Pizza was bad with ketchup and had half rotten leaves on it… water was paid for besides two small bottles daily

The property was great, all the staffs were exceptional and morning breakfast were great

Transported after walking long and tired you have to go through 3 different transported in order to get to the room this is only negative for me. Also paid for beachfront can’t swim in the ocean because jellyfish stunk.

The villa was a beautiful place to spend a few days. A very relaxing place to chill and unwind. It was really helpful to still have access to the beach and pool area (which was beautiful and vast) upon check out.

There was no hot water in our downstairs shower; our bed was broken (bedpost) with a dodgey looking repair; the curtains didn't close properly in the lounge; the dining chairs in the breakfast area were stained and/or bits broken off the back of them; the bar area was dirty (dirty tables needing to be cleared and cleaned) while there were 4 staff behind the bar, all on their phones. Whilst the villa was beautiful, and getting there enjoyable in the tuk tuks, for 5* and the money we paid per night, we found the main areas of the resort tired, outdated and in need of a jolly good clean.

The staff have no idea how to make a bed, they don’t clean cups etc. Nobody speak English, no smiles. At the breakfast when you go to take drinks they take your untouched plate and you go to take your food again! When you are back your drink gone!

This is an amazing island, accessible by boat or cable car - both free of charge to guests. Great hotel and facilities and amazing beachfront. Room is slightly outdated (loose bathroom tiles) but it didn't matter to us. Great breakfast selection!

The resort has jetskiing and other water sports that are run from independent providers. It's a shame that the peace and tranquillity of this amazing island is disturbed by the noise - myself being one of those who hired a jetskii. The water sports should be kept, however they should put some distance between the beach and the ride, e.g. 1 or 2 niles away from the shore like many European countries have adopted. Staff, although very polite, weren't as friendly as in other places we stayed. But then again, 95% of the clientele on the island (from a certain nationally notorious for lack of manners) aren't known for being polite, so staff have simply given up and i don't blame them.

The place, location, cleanliness

The staff are not speaking English or any other languages except vitnamees + in the water park there is severe staff shortage so, one game from. Every 4 games will work at a time and they does not like to make it even alternating games also they will close some games from time to timeAlso the aquamarine + dolphins were closed for maintainance without any announcement it was very disappointing for us

Passable

We were disappointed that the park tickets were so expensive when purchased at the reception — and only valid for one day — while buying online gives you three days for the same price. We were also very unhappy with the rules at Win Wonder Park. Both our kids are under 1.3 meters and were not allowed to use the water park or most of the other activities. This important information should be clearly stated before purchasing tickets. It feels like the park is only for kids over 1.3 meters. If younger kids are so restricted, they should be allowed in for free.

Awesome place to stay. I must say they were EXCELLENT at making the "getting to the hotel" as easy as possible. The hotel is located in an island and you can get there either by speedboat or cable car, both are run by the same company that runs the hotel. We had to leave quite early (before 6am) and the hotel provided an early speedboat and a car to take us to the airport, it was all very neatly strealined in my opinion. The theme park next to the hotel is quite fun too. Breakfast was also superb!

The beach is white sand and beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and we had our own private pool. The kids loved the facilities and Vin Wonders- it’s ideal for kids

It was not our taste. It was done in this faux opulent style but wasn’t pretty or natural. It didn’t seem 5 star in terms of aesthetics. Very corporate. Vin Pearl owns the whole island so there is zero local culture with buggies to get everywhere. There are multiple resorts and this utterly bizarre huge fake town that we found pretty depressing but kids enjoyed.

The facilities, pool and beach were wonderful. When the wind was onshore there was a lot of plastic in the water but the resort cleaned it up immediately when it washed up. Otherwise the water was great and refreshing. The staff were friendly, but spoke more Russian as their 2nd language rather than English so communication was a bit lost at times. The buffet breakfast was good, but the same every day.

The food, apart from the breakfast was horrible. There were very few western options and even less options for kids to eat. We have travelled countless times through South East Asia and never had this issue. Room service that came the closest was horrible, everything was dry and tasteless. The next issue was that to get any options you had to get back to mainland, which meant two transfers from the hotel to either the speedboat or Cable car and then a Taxi/Grab to the main city.
