- Clean central beautiful room with ocean view, great outdoor pool with lots of options for breaky
- The staff were not friendly. We didn't feel welcomed. They made a mistake with the quote provided to us for an extra bed however would not budge and made us pay 3 times the amount quoted. Were very rude about it! I would never stay here again nor would I recommend to others.

Nice. Customer service
The place is not so clean, and the AC is weak.
The room was very clean, and the staffs were very helpful. And the swimming pool was stunning.
The room wasn’t sound-proof. I could hear people talking outside (was not that loud, but still could hear their voice very well), and the music King Beer Nha Trang played was too loud and it lasted until 1 am…
Good location, staff was very polite and tried to help us.
The balcony is so uncomfortable - small and very scary to stand on. Registration is quite long
The man at the front desk was sooo kind to us. He helped us with a room upgrade when I informed him of my back problem. He also made sure we were so well taken care of throughout the entire stay and was so thoughtful. The hotel was clean and comfortable with fresh air conditioning and a good & early breakfast. The location was great and the pool as well! Great hotel and stay.
clean spacious rooms. Easy and efficient check in. Superb breakfast and wonderful rooftop pool with views.
everything was excellent
The location is in the heart of central Nha trang city. Very neat and tidy. Friendly and helpful staffs. We will back for sure.
Very good friendly staff as we stayed for 3 weeks great beds
No restaurant on 3rd floor as mentioned, no spa as mentioned, not real tour desk
Excellent location and outstanding cleanliness. The gym is well-equipped, and both the pool and breakfast are impressive.
What i like: central to shopping and other services areas. Walk to beach. Breakfast staff cheerful and helpful, i'd like to mention (ms) Nguyên and (ms) Trân. Breakfast ảrea is kept spotless despite the occasional peak of guests. Top notch breakfast menu with lots of western and traditional options. Our room on the 19th floor is spacious, and serviced very well. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day sightseeing. Some reception staff are more helpful and knowledgeable than others. Advice on tours and attractions is more limited than other hotels we stayed at.
Staff very polite and courteous as well as being very helpfulThe pool area is very nice if a little smallGood breakfast.Location good close to the beach area.Excellent value for money.
good location and new hotel. staff very friendly and helpful . thank Ninh,Anh,Huy support me during my stay.

You need to deposit a small amount and will get it back when checking out. The hotel is nice and the staff are smiling especially V.AHN, Tien and Ninh.
Modern clean hotel. Spacious room. Nice pool.
Breakfast was okay not the best we have had in Vietnam.
The pool is very nice, our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The reception staff were friendly and especially the security staff were very kind, they guided us across the street safely.
Very clean comfortable room lovely hot shower the pizzas are fantastic. The reception staff so lovely and accommodating. When we return to Nha Trang will be definitely staying there again.Perfect location.
This is a beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool in an excellent location! We loved our stay although we were only in Nha Trang for two nights, it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were so friendly, especially Tien and V.Anh on reception. I received a surprise cake because it was my birthday! The care and attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool and the location makes this a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend!
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is really close to restaurants, night market and the beach. We also loved the pool and nice breakfast with lots of selection. Our favourite hotel in Vietnam so far! We will happily stay here again!
Everything was great! Our only minor concern was slow internet in the room but seemed to work well in common areas.
I loved everything about the property the staff very helpful & professional great room comfy bed plenty hot water loved having a balcony
