Xavia Hotel

I got a very comfortable room, an actual view of the beach (not a “beach-adjacent philosophical concept”), and all of it for a great price compared to adjacent hotels that charge twice as much for the same good experience. The location is excellent: close enough to the beach that you can see it, hear it, and feel quietly judged for not being on it yet. The room was clean, calm, and far more comfortable than someone who keeps booking “great deals” deserves. The real standout though was the staff, especially the restaurateurs and the front desk concierge, as they actively helped plan an itinerary for me, offering advice with the calm confidence of people who genuinely know the city and want you to enjoy it, rather than wander into a scooter-filled intersection clutching a Google map and fear. You can find reasonably-priced authentic food directly west of the hotel also and avoid the beachfront vendors who upcharge their merchandise a bit.

Water is available to fill up a bottle, but it’s on a separate floor from the gym.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and welcome drink. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I could possibly needcomfortable bed, stunning views.The facilities were topnotch, the restaurant served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Every detail was perfect, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Our room was quite spacious. The sea view balcony overlooking the beach was good. We also had some minor problems with our room like a door that was sticking and everything was taken care of in good time. The staff were very hospitable and helpful.

We were at the property during the new year and it was very loud on the beach until 10 PM every night. Also, the buffet breakfast had many Asian choices, but not as many western choices.

Had such an amazing stay at Xavia! The breakfast was fantastic, we received a free room upgrade, and the staff was incredible—especially Jenny, who catered to all our needs. She even contacted me prior to check-in to let me know the room was ready and that I could check in earlier if needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you'd like to get a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang center, while still being within walking distance.

The staffs are so nice. Jenny and Hieu are so attentive. I even receive a birthday cake and card for my birthday. The hospitality here is outstanding.

The location is quite far from the center (the area where everything is, including restaurants and department stores). Grab is very needed. The shower is very low that I need to sit in the bathtub.

It was not big deal but cleaning staff didn’t re-stock stuffs like shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper everyday.

The staff were amazing, Truc upgraded our room for us, and we had amazing views over the city and the ocean. Everything was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable with clean sheets. If we return to Nha Trang, I will stay here again.

Customer service is very good. Compliment serve is avaible. Motorbike for renting is good quality and affordable. Room is spacious. There are chairs at the elevator which is very convenient for elderly.

Good service and great hospitality. They provided cake and decorated the room for my wife's birthday ?. .. they have less option for vegetarian in breakfast, but they made vegetarian noodles on request. Overall, I will recommend this place . Thanks for your service.
