Extremely clean and well appointed Cabin that was well provisioned with cutlery etc. Pet friendly Cabin as well which was huge as we were travelling with our dog.

Treated horribly by staff, the worst stay ever!

The manager Melanie was extremely rude to me. I have traveled all over the world and have never been treated the way she treated me. They made a mistake on the rate for the room I was staying in, I booked and paid, they checked me in, everything was fine but the next day she was trying to blame me for it, called me dishonest, demanded I paid the difference or leave. This was their mistake, I just wanted my money back and to cancel the rest of the booking but she wasn’t going to give it to me. They kept my belongings and called the police which was absolutely ridiculous and out of line, because I am a big male she implied to the police that she was in a threatening situation. I am dumbfounded that this happened and to think she is the manager. I am getting my money back thanks to the police but now never allowed to enter the premises again. Good job Queens Beach Tourist Village, if I was you I would get a new manager. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever staying here, this is not how you run a business. Disgusting the way I was treated.

Modern clean reasonably sized room with ample storage for cloths, bathroom well set out, great water pressure in the shower, equipped kitchen, full size fridge, cold air-conditioning, quite ceiling fan, inside and outside tables a gated caravan park provide the feeling of security. Overall a well maintained clean, comfortable, quite of a night caravan park.

Friendly onsite Managers, pet friendly cabins and the entire property was the best maintained tourist park we have visited in years. Each site is private with manicured hedges on 3 sides and trees for shade. We will definitely be back.

Discovering that bookings.com nightly rate was more expensive than booking direct with the park.

The cabin lay out was one of the best I have seen. Plenty of storage space ! Fresh, cool water in the fridge. Lovely location. Just a shame we were only here for one night.

The bed was a little too soft but as we were here for only one night, it was fine

Staff were extremely friendly, the bed was very comfortable and it was stocked with everything we needed!

The village is located next to a tavern with good food and drinks. Across the park from the tavern is the beach that has easy access. Across from the tavern is a petrol station. Everything that we wanted was close by to the village. Very convenient and comfortable.

Not enough time to spend there.
