Marsden Court Apartments

The room was l comfortable & clean. Staff were friendly. I didn't have a pet; so don't know if pets can be there. It had a microwave oven; which I use. Kitchen bench & crockery, cutlery which I used. I parked my car next to my room. No breakfast included.

The fees were more than I like to pay. I try to stay @ cheaper places; which have a good standard of accommodation. They didn't have any biscuits; which most motels do give, besides tea, coffee, sugar & milk!

Easy friendly check in; very clean; comfy beds; good size apartment with plenty of room for 3 adults. We were only there for one night so didn't use the kitchen facilities.

Bathroom fan was very noisy, unfortunately the only light in the bathroom also turned the fan on which made it a bit noisy at night. Could do with a fan in the toilet.

Easy to find place, simple rooms but comfortable, simple kitchen with all we needed, nice chairs in lounge and very friendly staff at check in and out.

Was a little dated and parking would have been tight with a big car but it was a good stay.

Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a family

No laundry within the unit, but this is something I forgot to check before booking.

Friendly welcome and incredibly helpful host. Comfortable and convenient for our needs. Loved the verandah and the fact that the magnolia was in bloom was a bonus.

When we found reception (not an easy task), the receptionist was helpful.

We booked a Garden villa in the Marsden units. We were given a substandard hut in the Sharonlee units.This was overpriced for what we got, although that is typical for Strahan, this cabin set a new low for substandard accommodation. When we book something based on a series of pictures we expect to get what we booked. We have generally found that we get what we booked with Booking.com but this time we were bitterly disappointed.

Very comfortable,spacious and great for self catering. Well maintained spacious green lawns and colourful plants and flowers between bungalows.

Good value, roomy unit. Great help from Pam (reception). Modestly equipped, but suitable for our stay for two days. We don't need huge luxury.The airco was highly appreciated:-)

Temperature of the shower water is very hard to control. Watertaps of the kitchen sink are swapped. Left is cold, right is hot. That's correctly stated at the taps though. So only a small inconvenience.

Pam was very welcoming and full of local knowledge, the cabin was spacious very clean and well equipped, we would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Very Clean, tidy, well furnished and spacious appartment. Close proximity to town and harbour. Quiet with no traffic noise and extremely relaxing home away from home. The best so far on my holiday.
