Old world charm. Handy free parking, great staff, great meals, very clean and spacious rooms.Comfortable bedLocation awesome.
Loved it.
It was all good. We wanted an inexpensive hotel room at short notice with no frills for an overnight stay. Ideal
It met expectations
Location was great
Bed was old and soft Overall a bit dated
We had a beautiful room (the biggest, I understand) and it was such a treat. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi. We didn't have breakfast here, so I'm unable to comment on the hotel's dining. We had a delicious breakfast at a café on Harbour Street. The staff are friendly and polite.
Great location minutes walk from bus stops, attractions, restaurants, and pier. Staff lovely. Old Hotel but charming
Very central location, historic building.Staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff were amazing. Beds were comfy. Was super clean.
Was a lovely older style hotel that has kept its customer focus.
Simple and clean , kind people
An old hotel, complex corridor to the rooms and complex parking
Friendly staff.Well situated. Restaurant at Hotel and nice food.
Bed was springy and hard. No head board. No air-conditioning or fan.Room was stuffy.Room was dusty.Light bulbs were blown on the bed side
Charming historic hotel,, some of which has been rebuilt, but lots of original features remain.
A bit tired in places, but bedrooms updated and well appointed.
Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly.
Easy to find, plenty of parking out back. Was clean and quiet.
A little dated at the Hotel end.Restaurant food was generous portions but quite pricy.
Comfortable bed. Good location.Nice staff
Booked a 2nd night and the extra cost was excessive. The room is ok but walls are paper thin. Definetly not worth more than a studio in Queenstown with kitchen and lake view. Bed very soft. No propper cover on douvet so im not sure how clean the bed really is if other people have slept under the douvet with no sheet
Room was comfortable.Staff were friendly and helpful.Location was excellent.
The coffee in the room was not so good.
Room was as described a bit old but newish on suite. The bed was good and as expected for a old property.
Everything about the service was good but closed down at 9pm on Friday night and no food or drink was available from the bar/restaurant. Went for breakfast on Saturday morning and they had closed at 10am.
Handy to everything very tidy the restaurant was good.
