No lumination of motel at night

Owners as per our request put us right at the back. Friendly.

Bit out of town but we had a car so okay.

It was good for the price range. Last minute booking due to holiday extended

Would not pick a motel on the main highway. But we were aware of this before we booked

The rooms are spacious and the price was reasonable.

The WiFi signal was not very stable. It was also somewhat noisy during midnight as trucks pass by outside the motel.

We were given an upgrade to a larger quieter unit at the back of property which was nice. It had been renovated. It was very clean and fresh. For the price, I think it’s good value.

The playground area needs a bit of a tidy up, but as we didn’t have kids it was not an issue for us. The unit didn’t have an air conditioner, but it wasn’t necessarily needed by us.

Location was good. Quiet accommodation. Plenty items in kitchen. Comfy sofa. and bed.

Could use a lick of paint, dirty marks surrounding door handles, Very dusty behind TV,

Strong Location, reasonable price, very friendly staff. It was a raining cold day, the staff allowed us to have an early check in, and the next day provided luggage storage for a few hours after checking out, which was really helpful for us.

the room is a bit small.

Long way from town but I should have checked prior to booking. Fabulous we could bring the dog as we were on transit to our holiday spot down south. Our room was great, but right next to the main highway so we didn't get a great sleep to the heavy truck traffic. The kids beds were good but ours was a bit too soft for us. The parking was awesome as we had two spaces outside the room ( boat & car ). The owner was very pleasant and helpful. If you could stay a bit further from the main road it would be great!

Did not have the breakfast. Location was noisy because of main road and trucks if one was staying on.

We wanted a bath but was told none of the room had baths,to which I showed him on booking.com it said bath or shower. There were smoke butts in the ashtray on our out door table.

Nice location if you need quite Rooms..let them now..Room was quite..back side apartment..

Room was spacious and clean. Our rooms were located away from the main road, very quiet, and have a view of the alpacas’ garden. We arrived after check-in time but had no issue getting the key accessing our rooms. Overall, it’s a comfortable experience.

The motel is located a bit further away from town center on the main road. But, as the town is rather small, the distance is not that much a problem.

Great Location for an overnight passing through Oamaru, Smal Conveniance store across the road . Manager Owner ?? was very good . off street parking out front of each unit , Bed was comfortable

Bit of road noise .,as property on Main Highway. .cannot be helped .. perhaps units further from road are better .

Was given a room "out the back" of the property which was very private from the rest of the rooms and street.Enjoyed waking up to look out the windows and seeing the alpacas looking at us ! Our stay was quiet and very comfortable.

The kitchenette tap was a little hard to use.

Great sized (2 bedroom) unit for our group of 4 friends. Super comfy beds and a lovely clean unit.

We apprieciated the quiet room away from the main room. Very clean and great size with parking outside room. Friendly staff.

Smoke alarm kept going off in the room in the morning. Might have needed a battery.
