Very good, quiet stay.

Neighbouring residents were quite noisy on arrival, but soon quieted down.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, great parking.

Bathroom was very tired and needed maintenance work. The beds were extremely hard.

Good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the facilities we required for our stay.

Reception lady wasn't very friendly at all.They have a restaurant but the only problem is it's not a reliable one so we went out into town &found a good restaurant.

Last minute booking to break our journey to Queenstown so convenient for us. Lovely weather which helped.

Not much space for sitting outside. The restaurant didn't appear to be opened when we looked for an evening meal.

We wanted to use the restaurant but it was closed so had to find takeaways.

Laundry facilities were locked. Guest pamphlet gave hours of opening but was not correct.Facilities were tired. Crockery cupboard way too low. Bathroom had a very used look - scratched Taps and damaged wall underneath.

Tried to offer cheaper price but were told the on line price was non negotiable

Drapes were hanging off the rails.Very dowdy furniture

We were in the 2 bedroom apartment. We had a lovely outdoor spaces with peaceful garden view outside the en-suite master and living space. Furniture was comfy. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with spa tub.

This is an older motor lodge and some areas could be updated.

Check in lady was very unfriendly basically pointed out window where our room was didn’t bother to look up and make any eye contact or be welcoming at all, room was very average for price, $450 warning signs in the room if we set of fire alarm with toaster or shower heater is a bit too much, makes you a bit nervous to even use facilities if their fire alarms are that touchy. Bed was ok but need better pillows. Tv didn’t have most of Chanel’s it said it did. Mould around windows and in bathroom, cobwebs along sliding door. A few simple fixes would really help this place out

Reception staff were rude at check-in. Very unwelcoming. We booked a luxury suite which did not meet expectations at all. Long black hair found when I turned back the bed. Shower had pink mold and dirt around door. Thick dust on Shower dome. Dust / dirt on skirtings and ledges. Food in grooves of dining chairs. Generally filthy. Definitely not worth the cost!!!. Needs some serious maintenance. Would NOT stay there again and Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Good location, bed was fair and pillows were too flat for us. Overall a good experience.

Well set up two bedroom unit. Good facilities.

It could have been cleaner, found someone else's hair on the carpet and around the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. The double bed was incredibly uncomfortable, had a terrible sleep for the entire duration of our stay there.

Location great, price great, room great.

Bed is wobbly, mattress soft and with roll together. Worst bed i have ever slept in
