Alpine Motel

Great location, extremely comfortable beds. Appreciated having ground floor room. Shower was really nice (this was unexpected as bathroom old fashioned decor!) Friendly helpful staff/owners.

Suited us nicely, no complaints.

Comfortable, great price, close to walk to down town area.

Nice big roomGreat locationEasy parking

Dishes:There are no facilities to wash them. Towels were replaced the next day. I would have expected clean dishes too.

Easy to find, close to the sights, fit 3 people.

Decor was tired. Needs some refreshing especially the bathe room.

Poor

The cold tap in the bathroom basin was difficult to turn on and off. The hot water was scalding. There was no sink for dishes etc.

Handy to everything

Was meant to be studio. Picture I saw showed sink n cooking facility but wasnt

spacious rooms, clean, well maintained, double glazed so nice and quiet.

Good location close to town centre

It’s very old building. Shower and toilet too small

Second time I have stayed here, not far from central Oamaru if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk. Nice quiet location

Easy to find, spacious room with good kitchenette (almost a full kitchen in a small space. Clean & neat.

The apartment was big! Sky TV was a plus and the water pressure and shower were fabulous. Bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.

The property was a little “tired” but good for the price

Very good

Small Bathroom with shower behind the Bathroom door. No Air Con

Helpful and friendly staff and very clean and warm

Good location Comfortable and clean.

We prepared our own breakfast but the kettle didn’t work properly. The location was fine and ideal for the places we wanted to visit.

The room was fairly relaxed and could do with being refurbished. The settee had dust around the edges. The unit look a little dated.

Bed was lumpy very dusty around head board. Felt like we were in a store front with the glass sliding doors across the front

The location was fine. Double glazing helps keep the truck noise out.

The kitchen and bathroom need attention. The cupboard knob fell off in my hand. The oven was not clean. Very few kitchen utensils were very limited for cooking a meal. The basin in the bathroom needs replacing. Not very nice to use as it is. These small things would have made our stay a lot more pleasant if they had been repaired.

Big room Nice to have an oven

Initially we were put into the wrong room (booked a room with a kitchen) but this was sorted after talking with reception, seems to be a problem pulling bookings through from booking.com at timesWe were charged more than we had booked through here Rooms are run down

Location is good. Lot fast food places nearby. Tidy inside and good showers

Outside aesthetic looked tired but the majority of the town did too. Bed was a bit soft also

Was a short overnight stay but room was comfortable & not too far from City Centre, had everything we needed.
