Pros +

Lots of space, small food welcome/breakfast pack provided (including some fresh pancakes), bed was very comfortable, and had use of a hot tub as well if we wanted.

Cons -

The extended 'glass house' windows in the lounge area could do with de-cobwebbing/cleaning but it's a minor point, and I know that keeping on top of cobwebs in NZ is constant battle.
