Space was great and better than expected. Spa bathroom and spacious living area. Easy check in and out, would return!

Was disappointed to see an extra charge if you wanted plunger coffee, when you pay quite a lot for a night that’s was not great. Great rooms but was expensive

Well appointed room, very spacious. The kitchenette is great. The bathroom is very clean and large. There is plenty of parking onsite. The guest chill area is great as we had breakfast there with the group we travelling with. It is off the main road, so it is quiet.

Comfortable room, with good facilities. We particularly liked the choice of Netflix on the TV, thanks (NZ regular TV programmes are poor). Having a dedicated parking space was most helpful. ( We didn't have breakfast, as we had to go early, on our trip to Queenstown).

Outside was a mess. No care taken. Property was not as portrayed as on line in description.Staff had no empathy

Beautiful accommodation with well thought out decor. The shower had exceptional power. Beds were amazingly comfy - loved it!

I just would like to shout out to the staff here, we left items behind, and after making contact they got it into a postpack and back to us here in australia, no fuss.I cannot recommend them enough, thank you honestly....

Very good room, good location, comfortable bed, clean would stay again.

Upstairs, a bit hard for elder persons to lug up suitcases however my bad, I should of requested ground floor.

Last minute booking when passes to west coast all closed by severe storms. Accommodation was fine, a little noise from road. We did see penguins up the coast

A very nice stay in Oamaru. It’s not quite walkable to the downtown area, but still a quite convenient location. Staff was friendly and accommodation was clean, comfy and well-appointed, with premium quality toiletries and 3 options for coffee. I did’t ask, but it seems locally owned and with that comes its own set of perks. For example, I arrived around 7 on a chilly day and found that my bedwarmer was already turned on for me. A very nice touch! I definitely recommend this accommodation and plan to stay again the next time I am overnighting in Oamaru.

Modern and tidy. All new facilities.

I was advised the units had Sky Fox channels. They did not. I was very disappointed as Sky channels was a key reason I stayed here.The internet was very slow (50/20) and the smart TV's suffered constant freezing - very frustrating. I would not stay here again unless this improves.The Mews is at the top end of prices and 2 star communications is not acceptable.

Spacious room with designated seating areas … including on balcony if you wanted . Fresh milk .Organised kitchen area/ equipment . Clean .Efficient check in/out.

Not much you can do about this but I found the road noisy at night … so if you’re a light sleeper like me , pack some earplugs .

the apartment was clean and tidy.

we booked a King Balcony Suite and we didn’t get that. no balcony, no King bed. I asked at check in why it was ground floor and was told there were none left. I booked months before. I was told they’re all the same but in that case they shouldn’t advertise King if it’s not! Very expensive to stay there.

Very stylish , worth the extra money & central , only a little walk into town

Was very clean and tidy, had everything you need plus extras..

The only negative for me was the room was alot smaller than I assumed in photos but that could been my mistake
