Clean and tidy, having a kitchenette was handy.

Staff unlocked the door to come in well before checkout time when I was standing getting dressed one brief knock unlocked the door and started to enter the room till we shouted out.Room was noisy, on a main road and right beside mcdonalds and a service station.Shower is over the bath

Large room, well appointed - kitchen, large bathroom separate bedroom for toddler. Great location for town. Good fridge, sockets for charging things

The kitchen could do with an extraction fan and the room was very cold even with heaters on (single glazed) and allocated an upstairs room with a small child was less than ideal as lots of luggage and pram etc to take up a flight of stairs. Room smelt a little funny like old chinese takeaway but could not open window as was too cold.

The shower was amazing - hot and fabulous water pressure. Good coffee provided and real milk (not UHT pottles)

A rather small unit, for one night it was suitable. Not much in kitchen facilities . Restaurants across the street.

Motel is very clean just a wee bit tired. That didn't negatively impact our stay.

Toilet paper was to thin and my elderly parent found having no rails in the bath/shower not good

The room was pretty small under the stairs and therefore quite dark.

We had not stayed at this motel before and thought it was overpriced for its standard.

The bathroom was poorly designed and cramped. In particular we were concerned at the lack of handholds in the shower which is located over a high sided bath. It is quite dangerous to use.

I had a health issue and was given great advise. Then my travel plans got messed up, the staff really helped. Thank you

1st Small room with limited kitchen facilities- no sink2nd room was upstairs which meant baby's pram had to be carried up and down stairs.

Room was clean and tidy and location great. Coffee maker was appreciated.

Room had a very overpowering perfumed air fresher smell when we arrived, opening windows for a couple hours fixed it. There wasn’t much space in the room. No table to eat breakfast at and we were pretty cramped with three of us. But these are minor complaint.

Place appears quite neglected in terms of upkeep especially the grounds. Weeds everywhere, lawns not mowed

I was surprised at how close to the CBD it was.

The grounds and landscape could do with a lot of work, as you could utilize it a lot better. At the moment it hasn't had any attention in a long time.And in the bathroom on the shower door there is pink mould
