UrbanBay Hotel & Spa

Very clean room. Comfortable bed and nice ambience.

The option of a washer and dryer in a common area where a coin laundry can be found.

Clean. Spacious.

A bit off from the city center

Acceptable location with easy parking, clean and comfortable.

New, clean, very helpful and friendly staff.. not city center bıt easy to get and park

Very beautiful place, very clean and great location. Staff was very friendly.

Shower sprays all over the bathroom.

Perfect location for visiting Kavala , walking distance approx. 20 min from the centre of the city. Cozy room , fully equipped, clean , Personnel friendly ,pleasant and professional. what else to ask? Full value for money. please keep like this . Bravo.

there was nothing to mention as unpleasant or incomplete. :-)

It was clean and staff was really kind.

After shower, some of the wate was spread into the bathroom floor instead of going down the drain, so the floor was wet when I got out of the shower.

Very fresh and new, and also very clean. Great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. Great experience and friendly staff.

Nothing much: met all my expectations.

Everything was great about our stay with UrbanBay. The location is so close to the city centre, 5 minutes by car. The parking wasn’t a problem at all. We requested an early check-in and they helped us with that. We stayed as a family in a suite with balcony. The room was huge and good for 4 people, even 6! It was really clean and modern. We didn’t use but we liked the option to have the kitchen as well. Everything you might need to cook was there, great for longer stays. They left us complimentary gifts which we really enjoyed. We also didn’t use the pool since we stayed for one night, but, again, it’s a great option. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, they made it so much easier for us. I will prefer here again in the future if I stay in Kavala?

Nothing!

The hotel is exceptional ? From the first moment we stepped in, we've been spoiled with gifts and a warm welcoming smile from our receptionist. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom included all the toileteries and very good quality towels.Within 2 minutes walk from the hotel we found great restaurants for dinner, a small beach is next door also. The pool in the hotel is amazing! We couldn't have asked for more. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer this time!We will definitely be back!

It was clean, the staff was helpful

The location, it was difficult to find the way.The room was too small for a family with 2 kids. They tried to squeeze too much into a limited space. The room was also located directly next to a street, we couldn't even open the curtains, people were walking by and looking inside.

Confy beds, friendly staff

Located far from downtown.

The hotel is super clean and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the complimentary drink and cookies were a lovely touch. However, it’s a bit far from the center, there’s no elevator, and parking in front isn’t possible.

The kindest people are truly the best kind of people—and that’s what hospitality is all about. While my stay had some very very nice aspects, I believe there’s room for improvement in how the staff communicates with guests. Being told “come on, come on, it is already late” shortly after noon doesn’t create a welcoming atmosphere, especially when check-out grace periods or understanding go a long way in hospitality. A little more warmth and professionalism in guest interactions would make a big difference.

Staff, location, pool, new and clean room, easy parking

Not a particular drawback. However i can underline one point. I stayed in room number 209, which is the best option among others. So i strongly advise to opt for a room from the first floor rather than ground floor.

Modern, clean, free parking, nice staff. Very good for transit or for visiting Kavala.

NA

Awesome hotel and very friendly host. The rooms are very clean and comfy. The hotel might not be right in the center, but there's a small harbor very close, with a few good restaurants and cafes. There's also a supermarket nearby.

In a city with many outdated hotels, Urban Bay was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we even received an upgrade upon arrival, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I’d totally recommend it.

They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, water and cookies from the house. Everyone was extremely nice and polite (thank you, Mrs. Electra). They gave us a better room and useful instructions about the city. The room and bathroom large and clean and comfortable. Best beds and pillows ever. Very nice pool. We.ll surely come back.

New and very clean place with large rooms. Big bathroom with nice and new towels.

Didn’t have breakfast
