Large tourist hotel with a slightly dated feel in the room, but had a good stay. Excellent parking opportunities and a very good breakfast.

Nothing much, it was in line with expectations.

Loved our room with a view of the ocean. The gulls danced for us. Lovely private beach. Quiet and beautiful. A great place to relax

Breakfast hall was good, great selection of food and amazing view of the sea.

Rooms with uncomfortable beds, stained carpets, toilets drainage smells really bad that i had to make sure the toilet door is completely shut.

Rooms are clean. The location is great. Yes there is a distance to the center but for us this was a good thing because there is a car problem in Kavala, so parking is fine with Lucy Hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Beach is enough for guests, and it’s great. A little bit rocky, so bring your water shoes. Also there is a EV charging station for free which is a big plus for us (9 kw AC). In general this is our second great experience with Lucy and we will come back again.

Elevators are busy in daytime. Especially checkin and checkout times, don’t even bother to trying. Just use the stairs.

Good hotel with an attentive staff. The building and individual numbers requires cosmetic repairs. It should be noted a wonderful restaurant, the work of cooks and waiters.

The Hotel has direct access to the beach, with towels, sun beds, and umbrellas provided free of charge.Parking was easy, with plenty of free parking for hotel guests.It was located far away from the Old Town and the port, and you need to drive or get a taxi.The bathroom was a good size and recently refurbished.We stayed in a sea view room overlooking the beach, it's worth the view if your budget allows.

The room looked like old and needs some refreshment.

The best breakfast ever. Diverse and delicious.

The floor carpeting needs renovation. There are many stains. The sliding door is tired and difficult to move.No mosquito nets. No drying racks on the balcony.

The location and staff are amazing. Great pool and access to the beach. View from our executive suite was stunning.

From the pictures online I thought the room would be a little nice.

bad stay

unfortunately, diver, many things which we really did not like. First of all the hotel was an old one, with unpractical architecture. the surroundings were very trashy. while it is close to sea, it is not by the sea. the room has stains on the wall and the third bed was a a disaster, my daughter could not sleep during the whole night because it was extremely uncomfortable. The room has just small windows no balcony nothing at all. The shopper and toilet smells bad. also, they were looking the gates to go to the pool after 7 PM which is something I have never seen in any of hotels I have been to. was also unresponsive to our messages over booking.

There isn’t any good hotel in kavala but Lucy hotel is the best after İmaret hotel , there isn’t any new hotel in the city every thing is old and old …

If you forced stay in kavala you should be here because have a free parking , good breakfast and …

The room was spacious and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Everything was perfect.

The hotel is clean and offers a wide range of services, including a pillow menu). The spa works only with reservations so you usually have the place for yourself.

The beds are very hard.

Good hospitality at the reception and bar.In general , the stuff is very friendly.Nice lobby.sufficient parking.vew to the sea.Good and reach breakfast .With your own car , this hotel location is perfect .This hotel is a night station for us when driving from Greece to Bulgaria.and parking is the most important in kavala.

Law Water pressure in shower.Law water temperature during winter time.The shower cell looks poor like 2 star hotelWe could not enjoy a shower bath after 450 km drive after a one night stay.Minimal bath accessories.The hotel bar menu is promising , but the dishes and drinks should be sent back to the kitchen and bar.

Sea view was good, hotel stuff is friendly and nice. Additionally, free EV CHARGE service was so nice from the Hotel ✌️
