The hotel's location was super good. The breakfast was nice too. The staff were really kind and helpful. The Wi-Fi was great. Even though we asked for a city view, the room we got on the side actually had a sea view too!

The minibar wasn't working. The toilets were a bit old-fashioned. They called us around 11 PM to ask a question about our registration. The phone's sound was like a fire alarm, so I was super worried when I picked up, and I woke up with a scare. It would've been better if they had called during the day.

The staff was very welcoming. They tried their best to make us comfortable and feel like home. Great location. Picturesque view from the room.

We arrived late. Olga and Dimitrios welcomed us at the reception with a big smile. She is a super woman. She finished the check-in in one minute and she upgraded out room for which we thank a lot. As a frequent customer of Airotel group, we always stay here in our transit visits. They never disappointed us.

Nothing. Just one word for the people who seek silence in the hotels, silence is something we make so lets not shout at the corridors at 7 AM whereever we stay and the world will be a better place. Thank you.

We only missed a restaurant for evenings on the roof top.

The location was excellent, the terrace view on the upper floor was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was varied. There is also a private parking area in front of the hotel, but it’s hard to find an available spot.

Unfortunately, the hotel was very dirty and a complete disappointment. When we opened the bed, we saw that the sheets were dirty, and although the night staff came to change them, the cleanliness of the breakfast dishes was also questionable. It’s an establishment that urgently needs to improve its hygiene standards.

The best central location city. Close to all attraction points. You should prefer staying at sea side view. The view of terrace is fantastic . The breakfast was very satisfactory on the roof terrace ends at 10:30. Parkına lot was limitted for number of cars, sea side parking on street was mainly free. Yhere is a parking place in 200m with the cost of 14€/night. All the staff are very friendly and always smiling. Hotel is ok in overall…

General furnish is old. Cleaning should be better in the rooms and general public areas. Houskeeping service is poor. The worst is; there is no insect screen on windows.

Location is centrally and superb. The staff is attending, helpful, efficient and extremely friendly. Mr. Ari and his patience are remarkable.

The hotel needs immediate renovation. Bathroom is old fashioned and actually dangerous for elderly people. Breakfast is generous but too crowded and messy…

Wonderful hotel that is centrally located in the beautiful city of Kavala. The breakfast at the roof garden had a nice selection of items and has one of the most spectacular views of the city.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. We've been lucky to have a parking space in front of the hotel. The room was nice and clean with a nice view to the city. Coffee/tea making facilities are available in the room. The bed is comfortable. Excellent restaurant where the breakfast is served. A lot of things are available for breakfast, but the quality of some of them (bacon, ham, salami) could be better. Tea and coffee, as well as some of the sweet things offered were very good.

Only two small elevators available and in the morning the waiting time at some floors could be rather long. The quality of the wi-fi in the room could be much better.

We booked three rooms for one night with breakfast and we were very satisfied with everything. The location is simply perfect – right in the heart of Kavala, with easy access to the harbor, restaurants, and beautiful views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff was polite and helpful. It’s an excellent choice for both short and longer stays. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is situated in the heart of Kavala. The rooms with sea view have amazing landscape - facing the marina and the old town - Panagia. The rooms are big and well furnished. The bathrooms are super spacious and functional. The rooftop terrace bar and the view are just exceptional. The hotel is perfect for city sightseeing, conferences and more.

The beds are noisy (old spring mattresses). Elevators are small and slow so easily get overcrowded. Breakfast can be improved in quality of the products, cleanliness and the service. City view rooms also good in size but are more noisy and lack the view.No parking spaces available for the customers.

Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional breakfast with breathtaking views - our stay was top tier! Very convenient location, too - 5 mins from the central bus station. Recommend !

First 2 nights they had us pretty well a large closet .. more like a bathroom with a bed … they did move us for the last 2 nights into a room with a sea view and balcony ! ♥️
