Oceanis Hotel

Great location, very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Dimitris from front desk was especially very helpful it’s good to see people who do their job and go the extra mile to help guests.

It was a great central location, in the second line off the shore. 5 min waking distance to stores and restaurants .There is a small parking at the hotel and a big parking lot just three min away across the street. The breakfast was amazing with large variety of food. The room was very quiet with very efficient noise isolation. So, the traffic noise was not a problem at all.

Oceanis was so much better than expected. The staff was more than helpful and welcoming and left a tremendous impression as we rolled into Kavala for a brief stay. The room was spacious and the balcony room had a great view, but that said, everyone has access to the roof garden and pool, and the views from there are unlimited. Generally the hotel looks of an older vintage, but it rivals or surpasses newer hotels for cleanliness and facilities.The staff also were tremendously helpful with locking in a limited parking spot for us in their underground lot without extra cost to us, which was a huge stress releiver as I was traveling with a small child and chasing parking owuld had been tough.The location is perfectly suited, right in the center of downtown near city hall, the prefecture offices and easy walking distance to the aqueduct, the tower walls and the waterfront for plenty of great pictures. We also made use of the roof pool and pool deck more than once, which offered swimming and great views late into the night and sunset.

The breakfast was good. Some would find it a bit disappointing. We generally were able to find what we needed, others might be unsatisfied.Otherwise, please make sure to refresh pool towels on roof, would be great, please!

The location is ok.The view was good.There was car parking.The balcony was spacious.

The car parking is not designed for cars. :)or at least not the regular size cars.The room and the hotel is generally old.

AC doesn’t get very cold, a bit overpriced for what you get

Everything was Ok but the beds were not Comfortable at all. They were very hard. A soft layer on top would be a lot better.

The beds Were very tough and very narrow.

Breakfast was very good along with the dining room which was lit with much natural light and spacious. View of harbor also ;lovely.

It was quite noisy sitting on balcony. Traffic below was non-stop.

The rooftop swimming pool could have been open.

The hotel is located in the center of the city close to the port. It is a clean hotel, a great budget option. The staff is great, they upgraded the room and let us keep the car in the parking lot after the check out.

The location is near the center of the city but in general there will be many more choices of properties to book. Generally is an overpriced hotel, which is old , recently renovated, in front of the in front of the main road where there is a lot of noise from cars and in general there is not good soundproofing even between the rooms. No good ventilation in bathroom or not ventilation at. Moderate breakfast ,Very overpriced hotel !

Breakfast was great, lots of selection. The location was great and with in walking distance of the bus station and restaurants. Room was very nice and beds were comfortable.

Hospitality is at its home, very good breakfast, good value for money. We were fortunate to be the beneficiaries of an upgrade of the room at no cost and find a place in their underground parking which helped us very much. Definitely book again at this hotel!

Great sea view from the balcony, the underground parking spot we got for free, the breakfast was decent, the staff are very helpful. The beds are very comfortable!

The hotel is a bit dated. It gets very noisy on the main street, so you can find it difficult to sleep, as the windows do not seal good enough.

No slippers in the room.tha cabinet in tha bathroom has no door.it is half open thats why the floor gets wet after shower.

The garage, it was not easy to park.

It was my birthday and they gave us an upgrade for a room with sea view and balcony. We'd very appreciate that. Our room was big enough for a weekend stay. The only thing that upset us was that there were two separate but side by side beds because I choose the double bed. Also it was very clean for a hotel bed and pillow. Breakfast had a good variety of selection. It was a few option for cheese and charcuterie items. There is hot omelette and boiled eggs. Also had a good selection of baked stuff such as cakes and croissants. There was a good oatmeal and cereal section with some fruits and berries. Also there is an underground parking in the hotel which was a very big star for us. You can enter and exit from the park easily and you can directly entering the hotel from parking area. You can park your car at the hotel and walking the city easily. We are very satisfied with this staying altogether. I also have to mention how friendly and helpful the staff is. Thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable.

Our bathroom was little small but not that bad. Bathroom door affected by water from the bathroom and break down a little. Maybe in the future the bathing area will covered completely to prevent this. Other than that everything was great about the room.
