great location, good breakfast and especially all the stuff were so friendly. I am going to stay here again next time I visit Kavala.

Close to basically everything.. port .. museums .. city center .. shopping ..

Location and breakfast are excellent.The size of the room is satisfying.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was that the beds were comfortable.

Terrible nonstop noise from the busy street and the worst kind of breakfast one can imagine. The toilet in our bathroom wasn't clean. Disgusting. There was only one single socket in the room to charge our mobiles, which was a hassle. Put your money elsewhere! This hotel isn't the cheapest and the value you get is simply nonexistent. They charged us too much for basically poor quality service.

Location was perfect, breakfast was satisfying, the room was clean and comfortable, but the AC was not working properly, and it was too hot for that reason.

AC was not working properly. We were expecting to cool down the room in an hour and we came to the room too late to change the room.

Location is great. The breakfast was good. The staff were attentive. The view from the balcony was great.

The room was small. The cleaning could be better. I found earphones on the floor. The toilet tissues, shampoos could be better quality.

Property is very central, and easily accessible with private parking across the street. It seems like an old hotel but the bathroom in our room was freshly renovated and bed was comfortable.

Although staff was mostly pleasant to interact with, there was one lady at the reception whose tone was impatient and slightly rude. She asked us for tax number for the reservation. I took the time to translate it to my mom who doesn’t speak English. Since our systems were a bit different, there was a bit of misunderstanding a long the way and lady at the reception grew angry. I asked her to calm down. This is not a good example of hospitality. (not the lady with glasses - I couldn’t get her name)

Clean and breakfast is great! It's near the port, you hear seagulls. The bathroom is renovated. There is hairdryer. The air-conditioning is powerful.

The mattress too soft. Only two sockets (one for TV and one extra). We were given the twin room, and we would have preferred double bed since we are couple.

The location is great although street parking is not available so you have to pay.

The windows were not soundproof enough and since the location is near the main street it gets pretty loud at night. The cleaning lady disturbed us at least 3 times during the morning from 8 till 11. She opened the door twice without even knocking.

Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Location, Beautiful View and friendly staff

It was very worth the price. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very friendly and polite. If I were to go to kavala again I would book the same hotel.

The air conditioner was very loud and didn't do a very good job. So it was a bit cold or a bit loud which was impractical for sleeping. But I had stayed one more time before 2 or 3 years and it wasn't the case so I guess it was an one time thing

Free parking. There was available space.

I would like some more healthy regional products for breakfast, e.g, yogurt, instead of yogurt dessert.

No double bed, instead two beds joined together (very comfortable mattress though). TV with 40 channels but not that great collection, no netflix/youtube (no issue but would be great). Breakfast had no vegetables and food might get cold after a while without the lead on.

Location is great, in the touristic center of the city, 100 meters to sea. Staff is kind, breakfast is satisfying. I can literally say that, Esperia is a Price/Performance Hotel. I only advice them to put towel slippers, toothset and a a shaving kit in the rooms.

Nothing. I will stay in Esperia next time.

The breakfast was delicious, and more choice. Cleanliness and perfect location. Beds, cozy and comfortable.

The bathrooms were not equipped with the necessary things, except towels and shampoos, which were offered.

-There is no carpet on the floor-Isolation were almost zero-Beds may be too soft for someone with back problems
